that is correct. Typically the person who counterclaims is the actual town, because it's not a good play for scum to make.
So if ETL is telling the truth, Fish is getting lynched today

It makes 0 sense for ETL to counter claim mason as scum when 1 scum is already lynched. Plus ETL is almost a universal town read already.

At the moment its 1:1 counterclaim. I don't think it make sense to make it into a 2:1 counterclaim when it is clear that ETL is counterclaiming Fish.

Yes I'm claiming Town Mason. I've agreed we should both claim - he can reveal his crumb himself.

But even if we hadn't agreed, why on earth would I, as scum, fake claim mason in counter to a doc claim when if the doc claim is true there should also be a cop and no mason buddy confirmation? There's no way I would even live to the night phase to use any possible beneficial information gained from this nonsense? << this is the dumbest line of thinking I have ever heard of.
