My vote on Aldus was because I wanted him to claim for reasons

Generally if I dodge a question it’s because I don’t have an answer for it so

It’s bad bc chem is town

And scum often try to lynch him just bc he’s (and u kno I love you chem, but this is true) not generally that hard to get lynched

So that combined with wagon speed

There’s no need for him to accuse me of buddying him if he’s scum either instead of just taking it and letting me take the heat for any mispushes/for defending him

Like I’m frustrated that he’s defending icon who *checks notes* made exactly the same move he did in his incredibly recent scum game, won’t get any traction as a wagon, hasn’t been townposting like uncrowned did after I voted him, and disappeared after brushing off making the exact same move he did as his incredibly recent scumgame

LAMIST is probably scum and I’d actually vote there over icon due to him probably getting replaced but I cba to try to divert the wagon from icon to there

Why does scum!Icon make the same move two games in a row with similar playerlists?

This is why I'm reluctant to lynch Icon because it hasn't been here and might be replaced unless it comes back. Like I'm not really townreading it anymore but I don't like lynching inactive slots either.

Menalque, what makes you think Chemist is town? I had him as null for a while but his posts including and after post 536 have moved him to null-scum for me. I really don't see anything to townread about him.

Also the WIFOM of “why would scum!icon do this 2 games in a row?” It’s literally meaningless unless you can give a convincing argument for why scum!icon is more likely to not do it than to do it

What town motivation does Chemist have for voting me/trying to get me to claim? What town motivation does Chemist have for having an inexplicable townread on Icon, someone you scumread? You say Chemist is asking questions but he's asked a grand total of 3 this game, and I'm not particularly impressed by them or his lack of followup on them.

It's probably going to come down to one of the two people currently near lynch for simple logistical reasons though. I doubt we're going to be able to shift enough votes around on December 31st unless maybe we get a pause. I'm not enthusiastic about that.
I will hammer Chemist (or someone else at L-1 if votes shift) tomorrow if it looks like we're about to run out of time, simply because it's mathematically better for town to lynch D1 than to not lynch. - Y

It did eventually get lynched in that game though.

I'm only asking because I'm still not convinced on scum!Icon yet and I'm trying to see it from your point of view. Like I could probably come around to it but like I also need it to answer the things directed towards it.
