I will grant you your second point. I didn't like that setup yet it happened. I have heard that about at least three of my last 5 games, tbh, though. So yeah. I'm not making assumptions.
See above. One man's "outrageous" is another man's "cautious" especially when I know Slandaar is lying.
I already said why I don't believe Slandaar's claim. Because I know he is lying. It's pretty simple, he is either Goku [as he claims] and NOT VT [as he also claims] because the main character is not bloody likely to be VT [a point I am not pursuing b/c Slandaar shouldn't full claim if he IS actually Town]. Or, Slandaar is lying about being Goku because it is his fake claim and he was up against the ropes. OR, Slandaar is lying about being Goku for another reason we haven't thought of. Again, I present GBII as an EXAMPLE of a scenario we hadn't thought of in that game ONLY because it illustrates that you can't assume scum gain nothing by finding specific characters...
Quote from GBII scum QT post 7
"What you think is the chance that Yates [Town] will be lynched day 2? because If I am the hammer on him, we auto win."
If you and Acosmist aren't scum, I don't understand why you WOULDN'T account for these possibilities. It isn't like EITHER of you to just take a claim at face value.
