@Menalque: How sure (0-100%) are you that Wimpy is scum? If Wimpy had been powerlynched when you asked for it, and he flipped town, wouldn't we be in a bad spot on Day 2, and where would you go from there? And even if he flipped scum, wouldn't you have almost no idea who his partner was?

Part of what I'm trying to highlight in these questions to both of you is that I think a lot of this conflict is personality-based rather than alignment based, and it's not creating a game environment that produces much alignment-indicative information.

Townposting? I don't see what difference it makes whether I unvote or not atm.

I mean I think alimdia is more likely to be town based on him saying that, because scum-alimdia wouldn't vote for emps and then ask other people on the same wagon to move their votes.

That seems a little weak to be honest, I could easily see scum saying that because it appears a townie/pro-town thing to say, but in reality is pretty meaningless.

I’ve tried to calmly discuss why they are wrong because despite all that’s going on, I still don’t know if they are scum or not.

What do I get? Insults. Refusal to even concede that menal made a mistake. So don’t sit there and act like people work together on this site because they don’t. Some do but a lot don’t.

And then there was 20+ pages when I woke up of more of the same. At some point I just started skimming through.

I feel like datisi and Mena are probably not a scum team, as it would seem bold for scum-team to start taking control of the thread right off the beginning.
The thread is kinda screwed though because compared to datisi+Mena vs Wimpy, we don't have a lot of other interaction.

@Luca: emps I read as neutralish town. Makes sense that he doesn't have much in the way of solid reads yet. I do think it's a little weird that he's currently voting someone he townreads though.

You don't necessarily need concrete reasons to scumread or vote someone - that is a myth. The whole game for scum is to not do scummy things, therefore it's usually what they're not doing that you need to pick up on.
