Ok so i also asked krazy now abt how loyal/disloyal would interact with my role, and was told that if i'm a miller to a player (i.e.the played is below me) and they use a loyal action on me, they would interact with me as if i'm mafia

This was not clear to me until just now, but apparently it means xtoxm cannot be loyal so

Pooky's role actively made it so Loyal would work on scum if targeted.

So since Skitter was hit by Pooky's action, loyal moves worked on scum, and disloyal would work on town.
