GIF, Dunn, Manatee, Unwnd are hard town.
SSBM, Cabd are higher tier of town.
Luke Marci on the light side of town, close to neutral, but not Null.
Wheme is a fucking mystery to me.
Kate could be town but makes a lot of sense as scum if my reads and current world view are right, so they're here.
DGB just doesn't make a lick of sense. I wonder if DGB and Kate can really be scum together after that DGB post early on. Maybe I need to consider this?
Toog is a hard scum read, I need to get a real full claim of this "confirmable" role to decide what to do with him, though.

There we go. That's my current world view, and I think what it tells me most is that I have a decent grasp of the game, but am almost certainly wrong on at least one scum. I'm struggling to internalize a reason why DGB does what she does at Kate as partners. And given I don't have a good third option for scum right now... it means I'm overlooking someone's flaws, or they haven't posted enough for me to see them yet. Which is why I really only trust my top layer as town, and even them there's variance.
Nah, I've got bigger scummier fish to fry. Besides, if you ARE scum with Toog, it's gonna be way harder to kill you today in this town and you know that.
If anything, you saying this is the one thing I expected you to do as scum, because it's better for you here.
But I'm pretty happy to deny your gambit, as one might say.
No no no. Not the time. Toog first. I want a full claim from NewspaperBear

I skimmed mostly because nothing scum-indicative stood out to me on the first read. There were a lot of posts and they didn't appear to be scummy. It seems like this Toog thing is real for some reason though so I guess I'll have to look at that, as well as Cabd/Luke/Marci. There's something there too I think.
Anyways, it's a problem that nothing stood out to me as something almost always stands out to me. In that case, scum is vibing I think, so one of those hyperposters is probably scum. Maybe there are enough people that haven't posted a lot that don't seem town that it could explain a full team of lurkers but that seems wrong.
I think Dunn is town, got a good vibe from an early post, and I want to think Marci and Manatee are as well but I don't think that's a real read I just like them.
I expected to get Kate Bishop's reaction from some people (not anyone specific, just felt like I'd get SRed for posting that), but I didn't expect anyone to lean town on any of my posts. I feel like LLD's assessment is astute though, so I'd say she's town as well. The rest of her reads and her fight with KB look genuine at a surface level, but as I said, I need to look at Toogeloo for real. Talking about the reads she posted in that string of posts on the last page or 2.

I read the whole game front to back, not just Toog's part in it (he died N2) because I'm a masochist.
There are a few players here who were also in the game: Cabd, DGB, GiF (I had forgotten you were the traitor!) so that was a blast from the past.
DGB's play has really mellowed.
Anyway, I can see much more clearly why Nacho townread Toog in that game.
And his play there doesn't look much like this game.
I'm retracting my softening of the scum read.
I still intend to take some time away from this game and hopefully let my temper chill. Seeing all the shit I put up with in that game and managed not to yell, scream and/or replace out really brings home how much less tolerance for slings and arrows I have these days.

Seeya when I'm in a better mood.
This isn't a soft, slings and arrows just reminded me of this and seemed appropriate for the mood

the only thing i can really tell is what ur read on me is
Maybe I'm just looking for a reason to TR marci but I forgot about this quickly on my first read because I got distracted by trying to figure out what Cabd meant by Firebringer in his TRs right after reading it. But I feel like this is town Marci
oh interesting you ninjad the precise reason I voted you

tl;dr was a sudden interaction that started at 235/237. Combined ISO them, start there, skim stuff that isn't relevant. Case on Toog seems good actually but there's a real lack of nay-sayers and I feel like that just means scum are letting town eat town, hence the vote on you for coming back in 430 (I think was the post number) with no comment on it.

basically Toogeloo doesn't like that some people are binning LLD for her claim of being brainwashed. He thinks it's possible she's scum claiming this because she intends to perform all of the kills, perhaps because, according to him, it may benefit scum if one player performs all the kills. This makes me think he's aware of a detective-type role, or speculating at one, but it's probably not his role since he's also asking about how LLD will appear to scans.

and LLD says 235 is like a "mask off paranoia" (scum with their mask off?) that is posted to prevent the formation of a townblock.
In post 363, Cabd wrote:Wow we get to kill scum AND I get to be lazy and outsource the fire and brimstone to somebody channeling the pure righteous anger of a favorite character done dirty.
Niceu.
Maybe if I'm good enough at town this game scum will be forced to use my brainwashed effect to kill myself, and we can have everything fit together.
Wondering what if scum didnt know who you were and the only way to break the brainwash is if they try to target you with the brainwashed kill :/
I feel like I'd just... die in that circumstance, right?
idk if I responded to this already, but I think possibly you'd break the brainwash. Although maybe not telling you about that would be bordering on bastard, I don't
think
this game was meant to be bastard but it's been a long time since it went into signups and I forgot. So probably that first thought I had on it is wrong, but it's a moot point now.

Toog are you able to explain how you're confirmable without claiming more than you'd like to at this point? If so that'd be
ManateeGal is partly claim-based so that could fluctuate. On the subject of her role, I think having her select her own "modified dayvig" is ideal because it's possible scum could roleblock her vig shot, and I'd prefer she just choose on her own rather than get potentially influenced by scum.
Cabd I'm perhaps being too easy on. One of Cabd/Kate Bishop may be vibing scum imo, and I could see him falling potentially. I didn't like the reaction to Manatee's claim. It's... interesting(?) that this reaction hasn't received scrutiny similar to Toogeloo's 235.
I was a bit uneasy about the manner in which GiF unvoted Toogeloo before rereading, but reconsidered after digesting unwnd and GiF a bit better this time around. I wasn't very dedicated to tracking who was who in my first readthrough on my phone during the day. It was hard with their avatars, but I focus better on my desktop in the mornings without distraction.

I can't scumread Toogeloo for thinking the first thing that came to my mind when I read LLD's claim.
I figured there may be a lot of whack roles in the game and I'm letting pass for now, but I can't say I like it.
I decided to develop my reads as if this was mountainous, and not rely on role claims.

~maybe~
But LLD is scumreading me and I'm town so, seeing her warped reasoning on me, I'm not about to sheep her on what could be equally warped reasoning on other players.
