If Luke is scum and does not die he will have to clear LLD.
If Luke is a real hider he will confirm LLD’s alignment.

And as for why I keep asking to be confirmed, I believe that my being confirmed town will be highly advantageous to town, even more so than the double elim option.

So if Luke is scum fakeclaiming hider, he messed up really big. Because he will have to keep confirming towns every night and can't use excuses such as "oh I was roleblocked" or "oh my target died."

I have a lot to catch up on, but have seen the last 2 pages. I don't want to discredit the claim from Luke, but the hider role can be either scum or town, so yeah he possibly will be the hider, but his alignment can still be questionable.

That in theory could work, but if I'm thinking correctly, he could easily as scum allow LLD to live, and use that to confirm her alignment and buy credit for his role, yes will town confirm LLD in our eyes, but then could kill LLD the next day.
He's also if he's telling the truth about being town hider, telling scum where to shoot as killing his target that he is hiding behind, and himself.

That is not what a hider does. I can't clear anyone.
I hide behind someone, and if I am targeted with any killing abilities, they fail. But if my target is targeted with a killing abilitiy, we both die

The Normal version of the Hider is one of the simplest: the Hider, when they use their ability, cannot be killed by actions targeted at them; however, if their target dies as a result of an active killing action (e.g. a factional kill or Vigilante shot), the Hider will also die.

If reg chooses it, it will make me a confirmed townie that the scum team cannot kill directly
