Because in CYS you complained about how pointless you thought unlynchability was, so the fact that you a) answered the riddle, which demonstrates you wanted the power and b) didn't complain about how crappy it was seemed scummy. Your handing of the post-situation was flaily.



You cannot commit to a 1v1 and then just walk away when you lose. That's not how 1v1's work. If I were doing the same, you'd be screaming for my lynch.

I'm going to answer this with a story.

When I saw I was hydraing with Reck I said I was going to take a more backseat role and be an opinion from the shadows. However, that MoS wagon AND we were on it I chimed in and opened the floodgates. Now this game only makes me angry and that's retarded and totally my doing.

So, I'm stepping back some and letting Reck take the helm for a while. I can tell I'm well past that point of no return where terrible ideas like fakeclaiming cop results to get these lynches sounds like a good idea and that's just plain stupid.

Me? I'd want one of the two of us lynched so this ends. Period. I am bulldog on this and if there's not at least 2 scum in the trifecta of Vi, GI and Hindu I would be shocked. Thats why I'm not moving it.

On that note, Reck here. I'm fairly behind on this thread and have been sharing my vague thoughts with SpySpy, but I need a full-on reread. I'm about to call it a night, then tomorrow I have class/concert, Friday I have work then the debut of my radio show (which inevitably involves me getting drunk), so it'll be this weekend before I'm able to get my ducks in a row and get a coherent post up.

Let it be known that I've tried to get SpyreX off of his GI IS SCUMMM kick by pointing back to how wrong he was during Team Mafia's PYP. I've also made it known I prefer an Irony wagon to a Vi wagon, and that I haven't seen much on Hindu. SpyreX's summary of the game to me is as follows:

This is a bad game, people flail, MoI is a double secret cop, DH is a flaking tracker claim, Merisaniel is on drugs and some kind of doctor or bodyguard or something, Vi backed out of a 1v1 with me to take one up with AGM who claimed treestump/dies next day then tried to back out of that.

Hindu is literally doing nothing and called US OUT FOR LURKING.
Vi is being a snarky fuck and its pissing him off if its legitimate.
GI is [mean things said here about being bad and scummy].

CJ was getting run up and no one could explain why. He's town. Nik he doesn't get. MoI is probably town. inHim is town but needs to play more.

I told him Nik was town here, too. I'll get back to this this weekend.

Vi, it is intent, what they attempt to do with their vote and pushes, which looks legitimate and very likely to come from town. Add in the fact that I agree with most of their reads, despite the Vi vote, and you have a solid town read. If people basically are thinking the same thing I am, it make me think they are also town.

I know its pretty hard to see that when you're being voted and attacked by a player slot (in fact, reading a player as town when they vote you if you're town is probably the hardest thing to do in mafia) but thats where I see it from an outside perspective.

Did everyone forget the fact that CJ completely went away for a couple of pages after LLD posted her reaction rest, posted specifically on Amrun and LLD's attack on him, went away for a while, defended himself some more and then came back to post in his usual way after the heat was shifted to Amrun? He's taking potshots and avoiding heat, and it's something that I don't like.

I sense that it's exactly like "Oh shit...let me hide for a little while and then come back when I feel most comfortable". Now that he's most comfortable, he takes random potshots. He didn't scumhunt AT ALL in the middle of that debacle.

My second suspect is Vi. Vi's been on major wagon since the game started.

Have I been terribly impolite in this game? Yes absolutely. The wagon on me is made from scum and people who should know better given that they know me, and to be honest I'm tired of being nice to people who have severely inflated mental pictures of themselves and their aptitudes.
Is this Town Vi? Yes it is, vintage 2008. Wagons become major I'm on them, when in trouble I start pinballing around and scum (or Porkens) take the opportunity to call it scummy but can't get a lynch, and I don't mince words along the way.

There is nothing scummy about defending yourself from attacks from other players, in fact, it is quite pro-town. IF I allow any single point to stand against me when I know I am town, people may believe it has validity, so I have to refute each one.

SDC is basically confirmed scum. CandleJack is next in line. Amrun is after that.

Vi is town. LLD is town. Mer is town. Yami is town. inHim is town because it turns out I can read him but not the other way around. MoS is town.

I can guarantee a SDC scumflip at this point. I'm not as sure about the other two and my role is keeping me from even being able to scumhunt how I want so let's lynch SDC and tomorrow we can go back to those two. I can only vote three people per day. I must tunnel on one of the three I voted. That's why I'm being very picky about who I vote.
