HOWEVER...In post 393, mavsfan41 wrote:So at the time of this question, Blair’s VC was 2, NPOM and Quick. NPOM voted Blair way back in 189. Quick voted Blair closer to this post in 270 while baiting “feel free to ask me for my reasoning” which makes me believe that VP Baltar is directing the above at Quick. In post 336, VP Baltar wrote:I'll bite. In 376, VP Baltar says he’s pretty sure Quick and Blair are town. I don’t think town!VP Baltar asks his TR Quick about their case on TR Blair. Town!VP Baltar would only asks this if he’s scum reading at least one of Quick/Blair.
His town read post came after a Blair vs Quick so it’s possible he read that as TvT since, but that means he was scum reading Blair since he was town reading Quick in 317.
He never makes a push on Blair prior to this or expresses any sort of scum read on Blair. I think the above is disingenuous and he looking for town to eat itself here.
Vote: VP Baltar
Which is pretty much just blatantly FALSE given I personally have a decent TR on mav and they are making serious sense right now.In post 427, NoPowerOverMe wrote:I think some three of the most non active people voting baltar shows that he is town
And that is a HARD case to make to actually legitimize a read based off that.In post 438, NoPowerOverMe wrote:I'm saying there is more likely scum on the wagon than not.In post 434, Nauci wrote:Are you implying that the quiet people are all scum together, or is there some other logic to your assessment? In post 427, NoPowerOverMe wrote:I think some three of the most non active people voting baltar shows that he is town
Quite. And like I said... He has every reason to stay on the current wagon because his TR (strongest?) is voting there with him whom he admits can made "good reads."In post 627, Blair wrote:Please don't. If I am reading you correctly, you are saying NPOM is scummy because he was scumreading Atarashi and I in 253 (with R2R in his "not enough content" category), but moved his vote off of me onto R2R in 413 based on his assumption that there were lurk-scum voting for VP Baltar (427). You inferred from this vote switch that he was townreading me now, and he never explained this shift in his reads.
Is that correct?
If so, I would like NPOM to respond to that.
There's ZERO progression. In post 628, NoPowerOverMe wrote:I'm not townreading Blair. I have her as null-town. When she was teaming with Atari she seemed scummy but she hasn't been doing that as of recent.

I did state a case on NPOM but not one person commented on it. Not really sure why that is.
All I found was this:Unless your NPOM case came before your NPOM vote. I didn't go back much farther than that.In post 492, Quick wrote:This is more or less my reads at this point.
Atarashi
mav, Gamma, Puppy
Dany, VP, Blair
votato
NPOM
R2R
But I would like to see what R2R brings to the table.
So this is my vote after analysis (seperate from what I have said ITT).

My previous case @Blair. I will admit I was going on a hunch but it turned out to be dead on because he didn't get an avatar until well after I said:In post 446, Quick wrote:In post 32, NoPowerOverMe wrote:I'll consider it. As am experienced Scum he wouldn't think to take my advice seriously. That is why he "considered" doing it.
Then he said I had a good read. Make of that what you will.
Weird reasoning, but think about it for a bit.
Plus, did you see how quickly he gave me a TR? Like, why does my tinfoil case he is TOWN a good read? Because I am pretty sure I said:

NPOM -- FOS but no vote?In post 431, Quick wrote:That makes zero sense. In post 427, NoPowerOverMe wrote:I think some three of the most non active people voting baltar shows that he is townPlus, it means either his SR on Blair dissopated (with no progression) and that he is ignoring the VP wagon while even saying the people voting there are likely Town -1. At what point does NPOM make the "logical" choice just vote VP here? Does he TR VP or is the Town -1 mean there is no possibility of Bus or what? Cuz I am pretty sure NPOM knows Scum would for sure sit on a Scum early game if they don't intend to be active. In post 437, Quick wrote:He is saying they are Town for voting for someone who is never getting lynched this phase. In post 434, Nauci wrote:Are you implying that the quiet people are all scum together, or is there some other logic to your assessment? In post 427, NoPowerOverMe wrote:I think some three of the most non active people voting baltar shows that he is town

Fine, but only because you pinky-promised you'd help us lynch scum even if you are scum!

It's like you stole this post out of my brain! In post 622, Blair wrote:A) Not really, at least not by itself. In post 619, NoPowerOverMe wrote:A) Lurking is scummy.
B) R2R was heavy lurking.
C) R2R has meta of lurking as scum and crying foul when caught.
D) Lurking and then hyperposting when wagoned is scummy.
E) R2R has not been actively scumhunting since coming out of lurktirement.
F) When my reasoning was questioned, he said something like "I'm done entertaining this line of thought." which sounds like he knows he's going to get lynched and doesn't want to implicate his scumbuddies.
B) I could be pedantic here and ask you to define "heavy" lurking when we're, what, two real life days into this game? But sure, he was lurking, it can be heavy if you want.
C) You have not demonstrated that he *only* lurks as scum, so this isn't a tell.
D) This one I would agree with to an extent, if only because it implies they were probably reading along the whole time while refraining from posting. I privately call this the "Bloody Mary" pattern. :p
E) I agree.
F) That's reading way too much into it, I suspect.

If I were to boil your case down to only the parts I would agree with, it would become:
He wasn't posting at all until we started talking about him, the he conveniently appeared to argue about it incessantly, but that's all he's doing - I don't see much scumhunting.
Is that fair?
