UNVOTE: - I think I've come around on Tuxedo
I haven't explicitly said it yet, but I'm also on board with The Plan. I'm also on board with town!word for proposing it, and town!BM for the revision (it displays healthy caution about word's plan while still recognizing that it's a good plan for town)
Unless I'm missing something here, I thought it would be obvious that Tracker is the better town choice, so I don't like that Midari didn't find that obvious, and it looks like her entire objection was about how not-obvious she thought it was.
@PP - Hider will be hiding behind the person above them on the player list. Your slot was against this plan.
for the plan? pseudo-investigative, and also to keep the Hider's identity hidden. If the hider suddenly dies, we'd know who they were targeting without outing who they were. If they suddenly die in a later night, then that will confirm the players from previous days without needing to come out and say they are clear.
for the objection? This plan has a false positive if the Hider visits the Vigilante, but this is resolved if we have a Tracker instead of a Vigilante. Midari seemed convinced that we would have a vigilante, or at least didn't think it obvious that we should have a Tracker.

Sorry for not playing the game, I tried in the morning but something was up with either the servers or my internet. I'll be back later this evening.

Probably a good plan then. Hope that Tracker/Vig agrees.

I swear, this was a coincidence. But feel freee to talk. Give ur take on the game. Who looks suspicious or overly opportunistic?
I got not much at the moment. I think the Midari case looks good, I guess I just feel weird that game keeps coming back 'round to that. I don't know if that's just because they're obvscum, or real scum really wants to push their mislynch. I'm going to check if there are any reoccurring presences on their wagon.

i dunno, i kinda think the midari slot is town at this point?
Oh god, now Midari transforms. Now we're all caught up.
Okay, what did I learn here? Drew and Word are bigs fans of the Midari wagon both returning to it. More interesting is the Pi and Marashu wagon has lots of cross over, but no one from the Midari wagon joins either, excluding Midari themselves and Battlemage who comes on at the end. Someone smart tell me what this means.

my guess based on that would be that midari is scum and the two other wagons are counterwagons. it implicates BM? not my area of expertise and also i dunno how much we can learn pre-flip.

I think I was on all of those wagons right? So, just to be clear, you think I'm implicated as scum with Midari because I was on all 3 of the best wagons, and eventually chose to jump off the larger town-wagon to bus my partner? Obviously I'm biased, but I think that would be an unusual move for me as scum

I'm digging you already. And you've dropped from 99% scum to 80% scum. So you should probably join me with a:
I see you signed up right before this game - do you have any prior mafia experience?
I played a few games on "AoPS" and on a platform called "Zoom", where it is possible to have eye contact with the players. I had a brief trip to "E.M" and "ToS", where I got negative experiences, until I found MafiaScum. My affinity with the theme is average.
Do you feel it's possible or effective for town to 'townblock' on Day 1? How do you ensure it's not a scheme to relinquish accountability for groupthink?

I think it's too easy to spot the vig with that tactic.

i disagree with both your points above. Townblocking is super helpful. even though my reads suck so bad, my townblock is often riddled with scum
as for outting the Vig, there aint gonna be a Vig - trust me!

Word wrote so many words (how fitting) last page and I'm really not in a state of mind to do analysis right now, so I'll post more substantively regarding Midari in the morning.
