I agree we shouldn’t rush any of this. I think perhaps we should treat this game like Coalition and make heal/hurt tags to reveal who we’d all prefer to be paired with and this way,

we have juicy associatives once the actual teams are decided once we get a scumflip.

Because if we don’t do that first, flips won’t really tell us much of anything.

With that thought tangent out of the way, you then have the grouping of (Hatters, Harley, Sans) who I think are being awkward. Sans is awkward because he claims he's overgamed so the intent behind him trying to prod me and other things just isn't very successful. Could it be scum who wants to put in minimal effort but still cares enough to play somewhat wincon? Or town who feels compelled to at least try despite the burden of it all. I don't know if I'm ready to decide and that's where (without repeating myself) I want to see what he does in a PT instead. Harley/Hatters are interchangeable to me, but I will say that Hatters seems a bit more sensitive to everyone around them. Harley just posts and doesn't really care if anyone is listening, or if the things she says will eventually mean something. I don't townread the behavior from Harley and I think Hatters needs to stop being so cagey.
