I would also add the "this is a last ditch effort to save scum" comment (referring to the STD/Titus wagon) to this, btw. Could easily be designed to make Shiro look good on Andante flip. his honest belief, I think he should be like 10x more paranoid of HQ than he is projecting. Her vote was the worst of all the STD/Titus voters. RH9 was a little odd in terms of timing but the way he executed it feels pure to me. Though if people have different views on that they should bring them forward
