Rules Update

It has come to my attention that the rulestext was contradictory in regards to what happens to an ability when a player fails to submit a cycling choice. The text has been updated to remove this contradiction.

Updated Text (Correct):
"It is required to submit your choice before the current Night ends, otherwise your ability will be sent to the Void."

Original Text (Incorrect):
"It is required to submit your choice before the current Night ends, otherwise your choices become randomized."

Stringer would be A good shot for the prior mentioned reasons. and or NP for his inconsistentency in his scum reads.

kdub, do you have any scum reads on this nopoint wagon? This wagon is pro. I recommend shooting here.

this makes no sense to me, are you saying shoot someone on the wagon or that the shot sould be at nopoint, also what is your response to my post?

Foreseen are you gonna post some actual content or just prod dodge the whole time?

Have you been reading the thread at all? I'm obviously telling him to shoot nopoint. I have only town reads on the wagon.

so your on good now you can respond to my previous post also the wording here suggests your asking if the nopoint wagon has scumreads on it eg. (DrippingGoofball, Magister Ludi, Toogeloo, implosion, Furcolow) and asking to shoot within the wagon, also just because of your reads doesn't mean that you may not have been telling kdub to shoot within the wagon.

now answer my post

Yeah MAgister Ludi is scum, he has no scum read on nopoint. He's just riding the day 1 confusion.

I'm not in agreement with the Stringer Bell wagon. I just re-iso'd him to be sure, and my "leaning town" read on him stands. I think he's noobish, and he's not behaving like
noobish scum under pressure in a large game
. So, he's noob town for me.

I found nopoint's initial vote on you to be fairly weak, especially after pushing so strongly against FC. He laid out clear reasons why FC was scummy (which I agreed with), then later called FC a lurker who should be given a chance to post content. Aside from that, his play looks reasonable. I wouldn't mind using my shot on him but like I said, I'll use it on whoever the majority wants me to use it on, regardless of my personal read.

The first thing that springs immediately to mind when I read the Junpei/ML argument is the thought that I usually decry such things as Town v. Town, you know, pointless arguments with thrown beer bottles and the like that town like to get into during the game. I can't help but feel that ML and Junpei could just regurgitate their case and reads, even quoting and highlighting things easily enough and this dissolved into a pointless, kinda scummy snarkfest for the entire family. Neither one of them looks town, because town could just answer the question and stop being obfuscatory. I really don't care which one of you sounds like an adult, answer the damn question.

I'd like one of these clowns shot, because it might tell us something about the other one. Or Furcolow, because I don't think he's useful as a player or a VI and he might be scum. In fact, the more I read of him, the surer I am of it.

Shooting nopoint and then lynching Stringer would give us a ton of discussion for tomorrow.

Junpei has been tunneling me all game, I believe that toogeloo is quite correct that we will be given a ton of discussion information and wagon analysis for tommorow with these two lynches today.

Since it is clear that SB and nopoint are the top choices, I think we should get claims from both of them at this point. If one of them has a claim that warrants further discussion, I can kill the other and give us an extra few days to work out how to proceed. Agree?

Posted: Sun Nov 06, 2011 6:59 am
by Junpei
disagree completely

No reason to kill nopoint as there is no real case against him. Fourseen on the other hand is the kind of player you vig, and his most recent post is basically just sweeping in voting on the top two BWs, he's doing no real scumhunting.

Give:
nopointinactingup
Stringer Bell
warriormode
wazzatron
whispersilk
chkflip

a little time to change their vote. If nothing has happened in six hours or something, force claims from the top two wagons (since It doesn't matter as much as regular games if we force a really townie claim, since they can just pass it on), and vig one. Then we re-evaluate. Probably lynching the other unless vigged flips scum.

No, we shoot Fourseen who has been completely useless and extremely scummy, and lynch Stinger.

I sort of wish this option was presented eariler in the Day by a day or two, because once that gun goes off; it'll reset the vote count.
