hey beastcharizard reading your post and seeing it lack a espeonage vote is as disappointing as ordering a pizza, answering a number that isn't saved in your phone about 45 minutes later, and recognizing Baron Happlebap's voice on the other end of the line.

I'm willing to vote either AP, Channel or TBone. That's who I think the scum are here.

I'm going to basically call them all pond scum growing on underwater tress cuz I need more euphemisms for scum.

I'm disappointed in not only your lack of an Espeonage vote, but a lack of even so much as a glance in his direction. I doubt we're going to get an explanation from espeonage about it. He's been active on site since his last post in this game and now he's been prodded and I imagine is about to be replaced.

I thought about voting him right after the day started, but decided to wait and see what happens to the slot.

It can be useful to see how a player reacts to replacing in to a bandwagoned slot, though it's a lot like returning a punt from your own 1 yard line.

Damned if I do, damned if I don't, right? If I had stalled the Ika lynch looking at all my gossip magazines and jeweler circulars, I'd be getting "Bone tried to de-rail his scumbuddy's lynch". So it's a bit ridiculous from my perspective. Frankly Titus' angle of voting and accusing me is from a scum angle, hence I challenged it.

Anyway AP, one thing you said is that I should have seen things from Titus' perspective because she is a person of interest because of who she replaced. Why does that matter to me? Titus entered the game long before I did. I didn't interact with her predecessor, to be honest until you said something about it the fact she replaced in didn't click with me. I don't know what that has to do with her alignment, or mine. I felt she was coming at me from a scum perspective, because of what she said. She said I hammered Ika to shut him up...but Ika wasn't talking at the end of the day phase and she herself called for Ika to be more active. There's a complete disconnect there, and it bothered me (plus it was directed at me, so double bothered). It's not what's "on the surface", it's the disconnect from the game that comes from a player just trying to get an accusation to stick regardless of what the gamestate actually is. The game state was not nor ever was 'Ika was going to come back and out his scumteam and Bone stopped that', the gamestate IS 'Ika was lurking scum, was going to be lynched, and Bone hammered him'. For Titus to say "Bone hammered his scumbuddy to shut him up" is just Titus trying to force a square peg into a round hole. In another games, that might be a valid accusation. In THIS game, it's not.

Even diamonds have complexity under the surface.

You just breezed past Nacho's espe case (which in part is stuff I called out espe for on day 1, and he blew off - unsatisfactorily - and disappeared) without a single comment about it.

I have no reason to think it was anybody in particular or just the mod. I assumed it was just the mod because that just felt more probable to me. I don't see why you care. For all we know, its the ghost of metal sonic still haunting this thread and reporting infractions to the mod. Just thinking that makes me want to take some Tums for my stomach acid.

What exactly is this in response to? I recall muffin calling the in which you hammered him scummy, not the hammer itself. I don't remember too many people talking about you other than that.

Not sure how I feel about Espeonage wagon. Loosely tempted to trust Nacho/ffery on this one, but I know Espe did hit some town marks at points (like what Nacho pointed out in his first quote). I don't know too much about Espe's like or dislike for meta so I can't comment on that, but yeh.

I've been known to post about hating meta, just to make vague statements about meta (like I did about Bookitty in this game).

So I dont see that as particularly telling. I'll look at the case more carefully though. Hopefully it will sit well in my intestines.
