I actually kinda disagree with this reading, i think he simply doesnt care about how he's viewed, and feels like he's just gonna play however much he feels like, and if the postcount is too high for him he'll just jump in with whatever he does have to say

I dont really have an issue with 509 in that context, kinda makes senze to me that if he's only minimally following along the one thing he'd response to as either alignment is a vote on him - what do u think town-him would do there @dats?

my issue is that he was doing Literally Nothing (like just complaning how boohoo too many poast), and then after he is called out for doing Literally Nothing, he starts Doing Something, and that Something is weaksauce "look i sure am reading game" one-liners

and again i don't have a problem with *what* is written in 509. like that's fine and i've also been in situations where i'm not exactly caught up and it's easiest to respond to my own name. i get it. my problem is *when* 509 was posted - quite literally 4 minutes after the ic said he's suspicious of me. i voted umlaut over 5 hours prior to that. at no point in those 5 hours (during which multiple people expressed a townread on me) does he bring up his problems with my vote. but oop, did the ic just mention he's sus of me? he's right there

i don't see what is supposed to be townie in 520 but ok

I think you're stating opportunism that I'm just not seeing any real evidence of. It's not like he was never going to address the vote on him from you and he hadn't been active in thread since you voted him. So I think you have to be stating that he was actively waiting for an opportunity for someone to express doubt on you first and then reacting when he felt a little safer and I feel like that's a bit of a reach.

r.e. 520 i don't think he writes that as scum because then he's basically telling us when scum-him would like that and it's very confident in a way that i think scum-him would have a hard time faking
