These players placed high on the draft, and are more likely to be scum. The advantage of knowing what your 2 scum partners are picking goes a long way for helping secure a higher position. The 9th position seems to be the cut off point for this criteria (326).

Scum on average pick lower numbers, opting to to try and place as high as possible on the draft strategically, as opposed to picking a meme or favourite number. For this reason, it makes Titus, Harvey/Haley, and Flea (for picking their favourite number) much more likely to be town. The cut off for this criteria seems to be the number 8 (228).
Adding up each player's position number from each list, we can create some number reads:

Based on the stats, scum will be higher up on this list on average. Now, does this mean you should vote solely based on this list, or generate reads off it? No. But it should be used as an aid to your reads. Players higher on this list have a higher than random chance to be scum, and players lower on this list have a lower than random chance to be scum. 3 players get asterixis for being a little more likely to be town than their positions would suggest, based on picking meme/extremely high/favourite numbers. the worst also gets a fancy sign of his own since he picks 3 every game, so his high position is less relevant.
So, if I scumlean both Cat Scratch Fever and Gamma Emerald, I will be voting the cat. I will be more willing to give the benefit of the doubt to Titus if she feels scummy, and I will be more wary and cautious if someone like Miss Midnight feels towny.

Datisi's last 6 modded games:
It looks like Datisi likes to spread out scum in the playerlist between games, making all positions covered.
However, position 2 has NEVER rolled scum. This makes it due to be rolled scum, and makes Something_Smart more likely to be scum.
Datisi also doesn't like putting scum next to each other on the playerlist, other than 1 case 6 games ago. This makes it unlikely that scum are next to each other. So if Something_Smart is scum, Flea The Magician and Cat Scratch Fever are less likely to be scum.
