Why did you suspect us? You never posted a case, I assumed that you only went after us for townreading Fuzzy.

I actually think Baezu did pretty well with her role.

If I were to use Fisherman ever again (I won't, but hypothetically), I'd buff the chances of a successful fish by 100% instead of only 50% over the numbers given in the wiki entry; Baezu was allowed to fish N0, never missed a night action, and still failed to get an item until N4. In spite of this, by claiming to have fished for a vest without admitting that the fishing attempt failed, she was able to successfully WIFOM the scumteam into not NK'ing her the whole game long.

Fisherman was my favourite role (in setup, I expected it to be more than just fish/fail/rinse/repeat), so I kind of expected Baezu to be the D1 lynch due to Vi's Curse (The mod's pet role always dies young), but she managed to tough it out all the way to lylo in spite of the damning Judas Iscariot flavour name.

I should have guessed that mollie didn't get suspect of knell leading town because partners.

This Knell person... Cabd know about you yet?

Wait, was it really 3v10 with rolecop v IC, fisherman, and neighbouriser?

That's a little weak, imo/

The neighbouriser was originally masons, but then town was OP and the reviewer thought it samey, so I went with a neighbouriser whose night actions resolved instantly instead of at daystart.

Poor Clyton neighbourised Neil D1 and Baezu D2, and died N2 so the neighbouriser didn't swing the balance in town's favour as much as I was hoping during the design phase, but it did give the scum something to worry about during the Night.

I meant how she claimed that binoculars were tracking the first time then GPS was tracking the second time. It made fake me think she was lying.

The fake vest fish was good, but fishing for a vig was a big mistake. She said she wanted the scumteam to be afraid and NK her, given her reads the vig was definitely not scary. I was personally hoping she'd successfully get a gun because then given her reads we would be brought to XYLO one day early. Had she claimed to have successfully fished for a cop, then she would be a threat.

We didn't kill her because she was more of an asset than a threat, her reads were blatantly wrong and she was an easy mislynch.

I would agree, but I think that that's just the fisherman failing to fish. I think that fisherman, and really any role based purely off of chance like that, should never be used ever.

I posted the case that Baezu and your scum reads were copy and pasted. -It was kind of like you were either parroting almost verbatim, or you two had come to a decision that you were using to lead the DP. I didn't have much to go on besides that. I went after you because your post came second.

@ Beli Truthfully, I didn't even know what a Bastard role was before I started this game. The chance of baezu actually getting anything were almost Null. I'd like to know what method you used for determining the outcome.
The role as I see it, looks like the fisherman should get an item every NP, and it has a percentage chance of being any one of the available items.

I used random.org. The role's listed in the wiki as "roles that are kind of annoying really" instead of full-on bastard.

I probably would have started fishing for a vest too, since it was the only passive item. The syringe, of course, would have been the most useful if PM had claimed.

The rolls are in the mod QT, which I'll post if/when someone decides to put up the dead QT.

The first couple of rolls were laughably low, but Baezu rolled 92 for the GPS satellite.

I'm not sure what QT means.

Quicktopic:
There have historically been 2 QTs per game -- one for the scum to chat in, and one for the dead. Typically the scum QT is locked during day phases unless otherwise advertised. Future games may employ the new Private Topics feature instead, but I intend to continue using QTs.

Some games don't have a Dead QT, and some (like this one) have additional QTs (the neighbour QT, which Baezu, Clyton, or Neil may post, I actually forgot about it)

Do you need an account for that?

It's cool, I have one now.

You only need an account to make QTs (if you're modding a game or in a hydra with someone else who doesn't have a QT account, and choose not to use Private Topics instead.)

I'm okay with posting the QT now lol if everyone else is. As far as Knell, I was wasn't too sure (I stopped reading the dead QT because I was writing notes for my wife to see post-game).. but I did not read Knell as scum the way she did. I was impressed when Knell flipped. Himself I caught onto pretty early, and his slot I had a scum read on earlier on during Day 1. I was actually kind of sold Nobody Special was scum with Himself... sorry NS. :/

Good game everyone, that was definitely fun.

Oh and to whoever killed me Night One, #&@#(*#$*&*@&@ YOU!!!!!!

Just kidding, but why did you choose me Night One to kill, out of curiosity?

I didn't choose to kill you, but I sent in all of the night kills. Himself and Fuzzy selected you as the target because you were universally town read, and the scum team also town read you as well. You had an ability to get people lynched. Lemn made a good argument, it wasn't perfectly accurate, but it was close enough. I was sort of getting psyched for her run down of me. Himself was responsible for most of the night kills. I'd attribute PirateMollie to the Clyton NK, with Who arguing me down from a Katrina Nk (which would have been awful). I think there was universal agreement on the PM NK. GM kill was suggested by Himself, I didn't really disagree so we went with it. That's my version of it anyway.

Well, the Clyton kill might've been joint, I thought at least one of the two going after Baezu on the second day was a PR.

.....
181, 204.
2 unvotes occurred. Baezu and Himself, Fuzzy wasn't voting. No other votes were changed.

Order of first 181. Add deletion of unvotes.

I guessed that Unvoting moved you down the list. Belisarius said it was close enough and that the answer was:
"It's actually in order of least->most recent votes, with an unvote counting as a vote. The Not Voting order should be the same, but I can't remember for sure if I wrote the app to sort the nonvoters."

That is unfortunate Neil. I wanted to get every ounce of information out of you, but alas, that didn't work; you did not heed to my prediction about your death on N1.

Yeah, basically, it orders wagons by least recent->most recent voter; I put a timestamp on each vote in the vote count app I'm using (to ensure that voters on each wagon are listed chronologically) and it sorts wagons by that timestamp.

I was originally trying to work out a logical way of ordering the wagons without resorting the whole array (which would fuck up the order of voters on each wagon) and when I noticed that the wagons were being ordered with people who hadn't voted in a while on top (calling more attention to them) I decided it was cool and I'd keep it.

I honestly could've played the fuzzy lynch better but I was not going to deal with a dying cause and Ockham's razor thanks to Prof Maniac.

All in all, good game. Knell played superb and having him ping the killradar on me is good :3
