Also in my defense it was a REALLY fucking good nap afterwards.
Where on your bucket list again is that line item about me getting mislynched?

Anatole
I liked his initial engagement with me over the question about pressure votes and whether townpoints accrue to pointing out the futility of labeling a vote pressure, etc. But, in retrospect that's a pretty useless bit of theory discussion upon which to firm up a scumread, and his reasons for voting us are weak and vague enough that he's likely to get no washback at all (from town, anyway) about our flip. I don't like that. And I don't see nearly enough work at this game given his townplay in the Flying Aces mini. But, he put down a ton of effort in the Mafia on the Air mini as scum, so looks pretty subpar if he's scum, too.
So, maybe it's just that this game has stagnated to such a degree that nobody really gives a shit at this point.
So, Null I think. I'll see how this compares to other players.

It already happened?
I don't recall scum-you having anything to do with a game where I was mislynched.

lynchmeplease/goblin
Rereading lynchmeplease, I'm recalling why I never understood the votes he was picking up at one point. He was pretty aggressive, and I liked especially a post where he called riddleton town, and a later post where he was calling out and agreeing with riddleton posts that I liked. Then he voted hypotheticalbassists and I liked that, too. Also, looking through goblin's posts they hang together a lot better than I thought.
I'm going to call him town.

hypotheticlbassists
First off, their lack of activity is troublesome. I feel like they could be trying to lurk away negative attention, and if so, it's working. The whole rvs vote thing still looks bad, as much because of all the effort to explain it as hydra dissonance as the actual posts that precipitated it all. Post 416, especally the part about AA9 looked particularly bad to us.
The read is scum, and I'm happy to have our vote there.

Hey Medea, I'm putting these reads out here partly for you to interact with me about them. :/

Chicago time zone is totally throwing of the interactions of what was once prime cabd time.
I mean it feels like sleep time here. I can push myself to stay awake if I need to.

Antihero
I hate his iso. The only reads of his that jump out at me as something I agree with are the AA9 and the egg reads. But, since I don't actually have enough from his posts to figure out why he liked aa9 and thinks egg is scum, I'm not giving him much credit there. No explanation of his reads, lots of bombast without reasoning.
Don't like this and wouldn't be at all surprised if he's scum.

AA9/Mikuru
AA9 was town before she replaced out, was town for the way she replaced out, and Mikuru has been decently town. Her reads list is sufficiently against the grain of the game state, that it feels very much to me like a town player coming in with fresh eyes, not scum looking to blend in.
I have a feeling this is going to be my strongest townread once I've finished this exercise.

GreyICE
I kinda feel the same way as I do about Antihero, except there have been a number of times that he's said something I was thinking at precisely the point in the thread where I was thinking it. I disagree with him on several reads, but don't have a strong sense of why he's holding those reads (examples: Hypnobassists, Boonskies) I feel like he's had a chilling effect on the game, but I don't feel confident it's alignment indicative.
He's on AP's paranoia-driven scum team prediction, but we wouldn't vote here today and I guess I hope he'll step it up if he's town and be a force for good as the game progresses.

Egg
I disliked the start of his game, and pretty much disliked everything he posted prior to here and this post was kinda mixed. The riddleton vote seriously bothered me (GreyICE scumreading riddleton also bothered me btw). I liked that he backed off riddleton, but I dislike that he switched to hypnobassists at that point simply due to the wagon size and the fact that he was now voting with his erstwhile scumread.
His post 475 indicates that he's still scumreading riddleton, so voting with riddleton earlier on hypnobassists feels pretty odd. Otherwise, it's not the worst catch-up post I've ever seen. Bitching about a 20 page thread, though, is basically a suck up to GreyICE I think.
Still think he's scum. And I see our vote is on him, not hypno. I can live with that, but I think they're both scum, and Egg prepared to bus there for a while.

Boonskiis
His iso looks pretty fucking terrible, except for his push on istott and reaction to AA9. His votes seem a little omgussy, though. First game with him, no time to do any sort of serious meta dive. I think AP has him as town. Works for now.

Riddleton/Yonce
Riddleton looked very town to me, especially his reaction to GreyICE. Yonce gets the benefit of that for now, but I'm not impressed with their posts.

The parts where I ignore my gut to townread you while the entire rest of the game correctly scumreads you.

Istott
This is the only read where I think I may seriously disagree with AP, which is one reason I've badgered Cabd for a read here. His posts give me newb vibes, or at least new to forum mafia vibes. He seems to be trying to be transparent in a way that reminds me a little of Iece-town and maybe Deas-town. Anyway, I see why the istott appeal to serra bothers AP, and I may be discounting it too much as something I'm not surprised to see from a relatively new player.

Well, see, your touchy-feely gut stuff is what has pretty much cratered the grudging townread I was leaning with your off the bat push of me.
You're not a gut-based player for the most part.
I decided about three role PMs ago that leaning entirely on meta was a crutch and am moving past that as best I can. I expect growing pain paranoia mislynches and misreads in the meantime.

So, I was going to write up my medea read last, and that 's the crux of it right there. Tomorrow you 're going to say "oh fuck I should have listened to my head. OOPS!"

You don't have to give me a townread. I don't deserve one for doing fuckall today.
