there's a big shift in your tone
i've seen you around the forums!!!
i may be a secret admirer
[To be more accurate about why i stopped, I had a lot of clashing takes with my partner, specifically around Titus/Mastina, but i didnt really want to voice my dissent much. I think the bigger reason i stopped playing was because i got frustrated with another player though]
[a "secret admirer", you say? (/ω\*) oh my!]

to this one:In post 543, Morning Mage wrote:Just Battle Mage? what am I, chopped liver? (-ω-)In post 443, mastina wrote:Hi, Menalque! In post 417, Menalque wrote:Hi mastina
I don't have any real scumreads tho I'll probably give a gut-shot-in-the-dark-basically-rvs-best-guess vote on Battle Mage, and by and large there's less slots that I have reads on than I'd prefer, but I think the game can get much closer to solved by townhunting here. Or in the case of some slots, a scumread on them by virtue of not having a townread on them.
Will give a readslist momentarily to demonstrate it.
woah !!
Why are Titus and samantha on the same tier as Nero and Vecna? That's an actual crime
Oh masonbuddy, of course. And samantha gave you overwhelming town-vibes. i can respect that i suppose
I have heard mastina likes to make giant wallposts. I wonder if early big ol readslists are also a regular feature of her gameplay. Normally I might agree but I feel like this might be NAI in her meta.In post 503, NorwegianboyEE wrote:458 Dunno how i feel about early big reads lists as it comes off as a bit Lamist. And some of thos reads seem like they’re just tossed in there.
Superbowl is getting talked about a lot. He's more jokey than I remember in our previous game together, I agree with Nero.I see. I was unaware that superbowl is newbscum -- but I suppose he hasn't been playing for a while despite the join date.In post 491, mastina wrote:The superbowl9 read comes from more or less a very strong overwhelming feeling of gut-town, basically, in thinking overwhelmingly, "I don't see scum doing this, especially not newbscum". That sort of audacity just radiates town to me. I don't have any familiarity with superbowl9, but it's just the sort of thing that feels town. If I were to have a locktown read be wrong, it'd be this one, obviously, but I don't think it is wrong because I think that the call to locktown the slot is justified.
I am curious, how often do you end up having to overturn your locktowns? Sometimes I get really good feels early but I feel too hesistant to call people fully "locktown" without flips. At the moment, Nero is my closest. i feel very empowered by others saying this is his town meta

you're more FloWing and NaTuRal in the formerIn post 593, Solstice wrote:[Half of the game is going to be posts by Polar Bear Express.. huh...]
[Right off the bat, I think Flavour wouldn't pick them because there's a decent chance in a game like this that ppl get annoyed with the high post volume and vote Noraa out for it -- she's good at scum, but she also attracts D1 elims. Although I suppose I don't know how well Flavour knows Noraa.]
[I think trying to read the content of Flavour's posts themselves is pointless, though. some people are doing that. Thinking about who he picked -- perfectly fine of course]
[Noraa is pulling out the classic OMGUS scumread everyone suspecting her tactic. Feel like every game I've ever played with Noraa or read about, she was scum.. so I guess I don't know how to interpret it. She does it a lot though.]
[I see the part where Spiffeh suspects us for disliking Not Known. I don't have much of an opinion there, except maybe I slightly like that Not Known was attentive enough to notice pichu townreading pooky/ydrasse/themself after pooky scumread pichu/ydrasse, I suppose. i don't exactly know what point he's making there, though.]

[To answer your question, I don't feel terribly odd this game no. I think i was playing up the cuteness personality stuff more in that Mysterybox game, though, i agree. "Chopped liver?" "woah !!" etc lmao. I'm less in the mood for that right at this moment]
[What i guess I would say to you is that kind of stuff isn't terribly alignment-indicative of me. I actually play that up too much as scum to compensate sometimes. I could find games where I speak more in this tone, if you like. I wonder which one I used in Zoey's mafia (my last scum game)..]
