It's more the odds that you ended up a Night 1 cop and investigated me when I was largely town-read except by Asuka, who was only scum-reading me because they prematurely decided Alianna was absolutely going to flip red and that I somehow must have been Alianna's scum-partner who was terrified to vote her off less than 24 hours into the game. A ridiculous conclusion on their part, but it happened.

And the fact that by your own admission in a game just a couple of months ago, this is the EXACT kind of gambit that you like to do as mafia. If anyone else in this game were making this claim, I'm not saying I'd lock-town them, but I'd be a lot less skeptical. And it seems to be a common play by scum from what little research I've done on the setup. So like...yeah I don't know how to approach this at the moment. Probably not something I'm going to explore too heavily right this moment, but it's alarming to me.

Disagree. It's the same kind of gambit, but different scenarios. In Democrabilities, that was entering eLo. Here, it would be a disaster for you if your partner went down (or you somehow did) in a game where town is seemingly and happily trying to speedrun a loss as quick as possible.

buddy i voted when there was like 2 or 3 other votes, my vote on alianna was in no way intended for a day ending quickhammer, when the hammer happened i was catching up, tried to quote something, and realized the thread was locked. that makes no sense and im voting u after i catch up.

andante's pressure on alianna was scum-aligned no matter what their alignment, there was literally nothing they could do to please you. that is not scumhunting and it is not solving, it is pushing for a d1 elimination on someone who if you are town should have no real confidence that they will actually flip scum. nothing abt andante's play aligns with a town!pov.
