I've read it. I never count the votes against the previous holder of the slot against me cuz I like being fresh to read other people.

I count you wanting more people to vote me and Enigma actually voting me when I replace in without a word while I slept as wanting me gonzo.

Currently interested in 3 other people in this game so I'm gonna reread this again now that I'm not tired.

Edit: if it helps you, I'm not a VT. Unlike most I don't really feel the need to hide my role here. And no it's not miller.

there is no reason not to count people who voted gamma early, because tgere no reasons to unvote gamma becsuse of the replacement

if you dont count them, you have even less reasons to claim pr so early. too early for claiming, because as you've said, there are only 2 persons who votes you and both of them are asking for claiming, so in your own words it is almost nothing serious, and you have no need to claim no. But you did

if this is super basic, can you prove it by telling us few your games where you did it early on day 1 with no huge pressure on you, playing for town role or claiming pr being vt?

I haven't played as town in over a year dude. My last 4 games was me getting scum and tiring myself out. I did have to replace into a game as a Jailkeeper though and have to claim like 1 day to deadline because people quick wagoned me. I'd rather not deal with the same song and dance of people voting me for pressure to claim when we can focus on other slots to sort. If your just voting me to elim me though keep at it I guess.

As for me fake claiming stuff... Hmm... I remember claiming Miller before in some context as town. I was also belligerent once that being a Miller-type role (in context of that game) was basically me being a named townie.

You gotta ask others for my other fake claims though. To many to count. I promise to be honest this first game back. Hence immediately outting not VT.

this is common (basic) tactic from mafia sport tournirs in russia/ukraine, where roles of dead players are hidden till the end of the game (10 players: 3 scums, 1 cop, 6 townies)

every cop's check is very valuable, and a good cop tries to get from his check maximum info; so checking two guys who are very sure that found scums in each other - is a method to get two different colors using only one check in this couple of players

if they are both townies, well... they are noobs who are guilty in the defeat... next time they won't be so noobs (they won't be so sure, they will be in doubts more, before making solid conclusions)

in this kind of games mafia boss can check players, searching for a cop; all dead players can have a 1minute speach after their death; it is allowed to claim as cops...

these games are quite fast (1 full game is about 40 minutes); the best players of mafia consider it the best and the most professional kind of game

aaand 1 more thing: mafia has no PT there. There is no hidden communication between mafia at all. Before the game they decide how they will make signals for each other who should be killed. And if smb of them is doing smth wrong, they cannot kill at all. But usually mafia has no problems with that, they are very good in making and understanding different signals.

they know their own simple sign languages. people use it for any role to communicate with each other while one of them have their 1minute speach (everybody has it in order)

they have some other strict rules, for example they can be kicked from the game for any strong emotions...

they have good traditions like not eliming anyone on day1 (they vote for not eliminate; i dont remember is it possible here?)

Yeah, it is possible. But I'm not so sure about it, when we have claimed pr in the beginning of the game. And mafia even don't know what this pr (you) can do. To block their shot? To check their best and most important player? Maybe you are town's killer, who is going to kill smb of them? I guess it is better to kill you, than any vt.
