Do leaders need to lock in 5 all at once, or can they slowly build their team? Maybe locking in one or two and seeing some scramble might be useful.

The only thing I remember about IA was that being a VT was super dull compared to the neighborhood block party going on.

pretty sure we're waiting on the leaders to solidify their teams and then we vote on which team to send back to the past (where they do not bridges).
