I just checked and I still have no idea how Frogster is a prime suspect.
They have literally been going back and forth on fireisred in probably the most town!hedgy way I have seen

Each Route you draw must be connected by at least one side to either one of the Exits or a preexisting Route. If you can't connect a Route, you can't draw it. You must draw all 4 Routes shown on the dice each round (if possible, and each Route showing can only be drawn once, of course).
