I also have Guy Named Riggs as one of my original reads, combined with how desparate the mod needed to get the night extended, making me think he was indeed the last scum and needed to send in a kill.

Also, no. If he's town, he could be cleared. Riggs was being replaced. Had the mafia killed someone in that time period, then we could have dduced that Riggs couldn't have kkilled anyone, making him town.
For that logic, mods should wait for a replacement during night phase.

Look at AP's post. Antagon made a bad post and disappeared afterwards. But just after he's mentioned, he comes in and is replacing out. I find it hard to believe that that is coincidence.

And as far as not going for Riggs yesterday, I loved Scott's case because I really liked everything in 678 by mastin.

The last of my strong scum reads is GNR, who is still here, and conveniently the mod had to extend the night so his slot could "catch up".

1. Maybe I'm remembering wrong, but I've seen cases where mod just makes a replacement, saying "ok day 8 begins, hello. also, this guy is replacing so and so". As in, they didn't insert an arbitrary delay for the other person to read and submit night actions. Your logic makes sense though in that, the mod risks clearing a slot.

I'm going to make a reread again and see what I get instead. I promised to reread a few posts ago but hopefully I should have more time tomorrow.

From my read-through, my main thought was that a lot of his posts work from scum, but him being scum would mean that all three scum were bullying kcudz (around 89 is where this happens), and although I don't want to rule this possibility out completely, it's something that I think a whole scumteam is unlikely to do. More common would be one of them deciding to have him as a townread or at least a nullread.

Posts that especially work from scum are ones like 33, which seems like an attempt to have a town reaction to the suspicion more than anything else. From my very brief notes reading through, I have 169 noted down as scummy with several exclamation marks. I don't think I feel as strongly about as I did then and I actually don't remember why I thought it was scummy, but copying other people in a way that could be considered by scum to be town-sounding is something he did in his first post as well and so I think it could come from scum. I don't know if I'm explaining it very well, but basically, scum-Fuzzy sees bacde say something controversial that's probably a towntell, but Fuzzy-scum wants some of those townpoints too!

Just in general with kcudz, Fuzzy seems to be focusing on things he can attack kcudz for and not actually trying to read him. Just going through his ISO, you have him complaining about kcudz not making much sense, kcudz not answering questions, kcudz arguing for the vig to kill lurkers, but I don't see any attempt to think about whether these things would come from scum. 277 is an example of a post that gives me the impression of scum focusing on attacking someone rather than town reading them.

331 and the next few posts make me think town though because even though the dayvig thing could be scum trying to towntell, it'd actually be a pretty ballsy thing for scum to do and he still goes on about a dayvig even after kcudz accuses him of fake towntelling. I'll actually be really impressed by this if Fuzzy is scum and I'm still not sure about it, but I'm thinking this will override what I found scummy.

Ugh, the rest of his ISO is much of the same and a lot of it still makes me think scum, but at the same time I think the towntells are pretty strong. I'll decide my reads on everyone else and think more about how accurate the towntells are likely to be, but I'll stick to a townread. (Sorry about the mess by the way. There were a few things I didn't notice on my read-through).

378 is pretty townish because he's trying to get a wagon on someone he thinks is scum, and it's done in a way that I don't think would come to mind very easily for scum.

541 is another post that I think could be faked by scum, but not particularly likely to be.

728 is good as well.

Basically there are bunch of townish posts and putting them all together I think it's pretty likely that Pim is town.
