i refuse to play that lylo out. if you're scum I want to be the clear because I don't think I can win in a 1v1 against you.

the distinctions in the ranks are pretty unimportant outside of preventing that specific eventuality

like it doesn't really interfere with scum's choices that much, they still end up in 1v1s, it only affects who ends up being the clear

keeping in mind that if i'm scum i can just kill titus regardless

in case anyone (Titus) feels that I'm playing both sides right now by planning around TD being scum while thinking that 0verkill is more likely to be scum:
if 0verkill is scum I believe that town wins virtually no matter what happens. I don't think that scum overkill wins basically any lylo matchup, even with Titus as clear and me 1v1ing him.

As a result the optimal play is to play around me being wrong since town doesn't lose in that world so now I want to optimize town's chances of winning in the other world, IE TD town.
I don't think Titus votes right in TD vs me if it comes down to it so I want to avoid that matchup by putting myself in the pool when I wouldn't otherwise have to.

the only world where town wins 3 way where TD is scum is the one where I'm cleared, ergo I want to be cleared in that universe.

meant TD scum on line 3. hope the meaning was pretty understandable.

(there's also no real improvement in any matchups by pairing myself with 0k: he would be clearing me tomorrow anyway since TD has made her stances pretty clear.)

Of the two of us, he has extensive experience with gambitting, game setup and everything else. TL and I are mediocre at best.

I don't understand how either of you, as town, think it's towards your wincondition to pursue being paired with each other.

TD, if you're paranoid about me being scum wouldn't you want to avoid being potentially put in a 1v1 with me when 0verkill has already expressed a scumread on you as opposed to being cleared and being able to make the decision yourself who is scum?

0verkill, you understand that TD scum just nightkills you and plays 3 way with me and Titus and Titus votes me every time there?
