you borrowed other people's reasons. that means that you are voting me for starting a bandwagon. now i'd call that lurking. Unless you have another reason to vote me besides that one weak fact, than your a lurker.

No player is named Altimage, so you have a problem there. But seriously, I'm not going to repeat things that people already said, its pointless. Just read their posts.

Thank you, Altimanga, for giving me hope that there
still might be some common sence here in MegaMan Mafia.

I wasn't questioning almost-random bandwagons on day 1, I was just questioning "bandwagoning until we get a claim" strategy, since that didn't seem to make sense. I would prefer to bandwagon someone who is somewhat specific first, and not the other way around. However obviously someone is going to tell me to suggest who such a person is, and I won't be able to name such a person, I must digress.

- - - - -

I agree that pwnz really hasn't made any reasonably good defense at attempt. Regardless of how logical he thinks the bandwagon is on him, he should come up with some sort of defense with 2 votes away from lynching.

Sorry, that should be "somewhat suspicious" rather than "somewhat specific" in the post above. I'll remember to preview next time.

I'll step in again- I don't think pwnz will be able to defend himself that well because frankly this is just a random bandwagon. The only real defense he can give is a claim. I would suggest we bandwagon the bandwagoners who are appear to be trying to rush the day :cough chaotic_diablo cough:

I think you guys are all being a little childish, quoting each others' misspellings and such, but if that makes you guys feel superior, then go for it.

It seems to me that everyone is choosing sides. It looks like Chaotic_Diablo, sycko999, and inHimshallibe VS pwnz and Cubsfan4life, with the occasional Greg T and CoolBot thrown in. What I want to know, Chaotic, is why we shouldn't start a bandwagon on you, since you're so eager to get them going?

Bandwagoning for claims is pretty pointless, since the Mafia will just snipe off that person the next night.

But I DO agree. pwns, you haven't really given an adequate reason that we shouldn't vote for you at this point.

I haven't taken a "side" with anyone. It was only to my understanding that the bandwagon must eventually be started.

And yes, pwnz, I'd like some more as well.

heres what i think, we either lynch pwnz tomorrow, or we get the claim. its been almost 2-3 days since pwnz has been at the edge. that means pwnz is either hiding something, or is very stubborn.

Not necessarily. They have to worry about the doc, after all. Further, they may think there are bigger fish to fry.

Look pwnz, the badnwagon against you isn't exactly very strong, but it looks pretty good compared to your current defense, which is pretty much nonexistant. I really would like to be on your side, but you aren't giving me much choice.

Like cubsfan said, Greg T.. I've already put up the best defence I know
how without claiming. In case of short term memory loss, go back and
read my long-ass post about why I don't want to claim on page 3.

You realize that saying you are protown is just as bad as claiming. I don't know what to say about this banwagon the banwagoners because of trying to end the day. If any of you have ever played with Internet Stranger he is always rushing the day even when he is not scum. Also, Pwnz's statement "I'm protown, don't lynch me," seems to only be delaying the day.

the chances of the person being the doctor is pretty low. for instance, what are the chances pwnz will be a doc? what are the chances that your be the doc if we bandwagonned you? or me, or him, or IS, or etc.

Bandwagoning for claims might work.... if the mafia were inept to making up a claim. Who's to say now that Scum can't think of a believeable role claim?

i peronally dislike the "pressure-til-he-claims" tactic, though i recognize it is a valid strategy.
sycko wrote:You realize that saying you are protown is just as bad as claiming.
no one is going to claim anti-town. and really, if someone has a special role, is he
(he in the general sense of the word, since everyone else in this game is a he)
going to claim that? no, he's going to claim he's an evil robot, for fear of becoming a mafia target. i don't think it's as bad as giving a full claim, as you seem to imply. pressuring for a full claim makes me think you could be mafia trying to out the special roles. besides i would hate to see the situation where someone is a plain townie and gets lynched for not being able to make up a "valid" role claim.

for some reason, i want to believe pwnz is pro-town. why i want to believe him... i'm not really sure of myself. but something tells me we shouldn't kill him. yet. but that's just just a hunch.

moving on, i still think c_d is supicious. i left my random vote to reflect this. not much more to add just yet.

next, my newest suspect, sycko.
i think that it's strange that you mention twice that you don't know why your fellow bandwagoners followed your vote. are you distancing them from you for any reason in particular?

finally, i'd like to see other people speak up--there's too much dancing fruit on these pages. let's talk s'more!

I WILL!

Look, kids, I thought this was obvious. Us evil machines make up most of the game. The most logical thing to do is claim a robot-- but chances are that all robots are already assigned characters.

That is, there's a good chance that pwnz is stuck. He has no idea what to claim, because there's a good chance that whatever he claims is already a character. If one was scum, his only option besides a robot character is Dr. Wily, but there's a chance that could be a character as well.

C'mon guys, we're not going to come up with more today.
