The only reason this is out of proportion is that

1) In your games with her, Is Riceballtail generally a scummy player regardless of alignment?
2) Is Riceballtail a useful scumhunter?

I don't know. I was dead halfway through D1, and the only thing I can specifically recall if RBT being one of the hot D1 wagons.

I have no reason to disbelieve the Miller claim. RedFF's nameclaim raging in the face of a very good reason not to (to catch scum counterclaiming the name) comes off as scummy.

Wrong. Scum right now are trying to look useful by asking a bunch of inane questions, useless comments and staying neutral. RedFF is too damn obvious in his attack. Its all hot blustering with no policy, principle or guidance behind it. Its suicidal for scum to stick their neck out like that and I dont see Red as a good enough player to pull that off starting day 1. (No offense Red, only a small minority of players could).

Pine- Why do you need to know?

It will help a lot with flavor interpretation. For example, if RBT ever gave us a name, I can see different interpretations based on SP's answer. If we're dealing only with the first movie, then Louis (Rick Moranis) might make sense as a Miller, as would the slime ghost. If we're dealing with the second movie, Louis

doesn't

make sense as Miller. Lots of inference can be made from knowing exactly what flavor you're dealing with.

Really, I am pretty sure I have taken a stance on the whole Miller claim thing in saying it is good practice to claim right off in games. I also am calling out those who are making issues of the non full claim as scum..

the reason I was asking the mod if character alignment was random or not, was so that I could try and at least verify or get an understanding of the game and the claim if a full claim was made. As it could have given town MORE information to go on.

Townies don't jump on a lynch THAT quick with zero evidence past the RVS. It's scummy all over, and personally I believe you're trying to seem unscummy by attacking RBT for the smallest thing. It doesn't make you look townie by acting all insane and spazzing out whenever somebody acts the least bit suspicious, it just makes it harder for us to scum hunt because you're still attacking RBT for a claim she was right to make (Because if a cop were to investigate and get scum with no miller claim, the cop would instantly trying to get a lynch, and anybody who claims miller AFTER being investigated gets laughed at).

I don't 100% believe the miller claim as RBT hasn't posted much or helped scum hunt, but she was right to mention it if she is miller.

I don't see an issue with name claiming and the lack of name claim just seems to me like scum trying to think of what a miller in the ghostbusters universe would be.

Maybe it's just me, but throwing votes on somebody for not name claiming on day 1 may be over the top. Tell yah what, of she doesn't name claim in the next 24 hours, then maybe I'll be all suspicious and such. But right now, it's very early in day 1. Still lots of time left to hunt.

Because I want to see IS's reason, and I'm not 100% convinced the previous person I voted for is scum (Although I am still very suspicious, I re-read and noticed I have basicly been saying the same things about Rice and I just feel he's too hasty, don't want to be a hypocrite).

Can we stop talking about the game setup? Based on the mods response to the first question, it is clear that he won't say anything in regard to those questions, nor would I expect any mod to do so. If you can't tell if your name matches your alignment or not, then don't bother asking the mod since it won't help you much anyways.

Assuming no other killing role and all protections fail, if we policy lynch the miller d1 and she flips town, that gives us until day 4. Either way, we have time to make a decision regarding the miller, don't you agree red?

This is actually a very lazy way of making it look like you are scum hunting while actually sitting on the fence spouting off suspicions etc that you don't justify.

It is not up to me to look in my ISO as to why I am scum. It is up to you, as the accuser to present a case and convince others. You are not even trying to do so.
