VOTE: Doc for scummy reasoning and agreeing with CDB when there was no reason to.

In post 53, undo wrote:Aegor, you said you had voted Freak because he was "trying too hard", and you claimed it to be a "real-ish" vote. What exactly did you mean by "trying too hard"?
Precisely what I said when you asked me this on the first page.

Was it really a serious vote, or were you still imbued with the spirit of random voting?
It was real-ish.

Can you please elaborate on this preferrably without audiovisual aids?
No, because the answers will be unproductive and uninteresting.

Can you also provide actual reasons for voting Doc and thinking CDB is "probably scum"?
A bad, unsubstantiated vote on Jordan that goes nowhere and an attempt to buddy CDB even though CDB himself probably agrees that his post attacking me (which I hope is a rxn test) was a steaming pile of poopy.

While we’re at it, can you please provide reasoning on your posts henceforth?
I do what I want.
Oh, and ~Jordan`, please keep those post-by-post comments to yourself. Your synthesis is interesting enough, but empty laconisms like "?" "and…?" "and…?" "The hell?" "The hell??" are not helpful.
Please stop being annoying and demanding.

In post 54, absta101 wrote:Do you think Doc and CDB are scum together? Explain this.
Also, stop using percentages as if they mean anything.
1) Thoughts for the moment.
2) >50% means something very clear: an event is more likely to occur than not to occur.

Could someone please explain why JK's vote is so bad? Not really getting bad vibes from it but am open to changing my mind.

Thank you for giving yourself the trouble of going through my questions without providing a clear answer.

Can't argue with that. *shrugs*

I wouldn't have posted it if I thought it was "poopy", Aegor. I think they're legitimate questions. I have simply concluded that your response to them is suggestive of you being town.

You're aware that waiting a couple of pages to say "Oh my god! You suck!" doesn't make it less scummy, right? You're also committing
exactly
the same scummy sin that CDB initially called you out for - seeing something, going on about something else, then going back and saying "You know what, my vote should be
here
, even though I didn't think it warranted it right away." That kind of calculated sophistry does not scream Town.

To the people that have been saying I have bad reasoning, or haven't explained, or whatever else, fuck you. I explained well my solid reads perfectly well. Jordan is scummy for trying to build cases on people out of thin air, early nervous votehopping, and
really
bad reactions to being voted, CDB is probably Town for demonstrating a logical, discerning thought process, and Aegor is getting scummier for cognitive dissonance. Everyone else is too weak a read to bother with.

Maybe i wasn't clear about what these "empty laconisms" meant. When I read your posts, I get confused. I express this confusion so that maybe you'll clear it up later by answering my questions. For example, "why don't you vote for the people you find suspicious, undo?" "why are you avoiding taking any positions on anything, undo?"

I actually did.

Please stop with the empty laconisms. No one, and I mean
no one
has any earthly fucking clue what you mean by "!!!!"

If you don't like my reasoning or my criticisms of you, engage them or prove me wrong. But reacting to every comment aimed your way with the anime-equivalent of "That's bullshit!" is counter-productive and fills the thread with your inane garbage posts.

I don't really need to engage with anything you say unless it's scummy or crosses the threshold of competence. :/

Doc Holliday. Can you please explain to me what seems "effortful" about CDB's post. Where is the cognitive dissonance he mentioned located?

Mod note: please review the voting rules in Rule 3b:
In post 0, xRECKONERx wrote:
3b) Voting Formatting:
We are beta testing an automatic vote counter this game... this means that we have to adhere to strict formatting.
Put a colon (:) after the word "Vote".
The vote counter will miss it if you don't. Also,
use full usernames
or at least something very close. The vote counter will attempt to match an attempted vote with a playername and find the closest match, but if it's too far off, it won't count it.
It has mostly been fine, but the vote counter had some trouble recognizing the votes made by ~Jordan', absta101, and Aegor on Doc Holliday. Thanks a bunch!

k. I want it on the record that I thought they were silly questions, but I guess they helped you in some way, so I should not judge.

What are you even talking about? I voted you in . Or are you talking about something else entirely?

CDB is probably Town for demonstrating a logical, discerning thought process

and Aegor is getting scummier for cognitive dissonance.
Which has manifested itself how, exactly?
