Do you think the fact that it wasn't followed up with a different vote is scummy, too?

↑ Riddleton wrote:The ideas and thought process from swag, while not always correct, shows a townie way of thinking. He's pretty town, and I doubt that read will be shaken in the near future.
I can't comprehend a 'town way of thinking'
Please explain more, your argument's slipping.
I don't vote a guy for his logic failing
But when anti-town, self meta is flailing.

Unvotes just after RVS are scummy. It's an unnecessary defensive move that looks like "Hey, I'm doing something" when there's no need to.

You've been busted, my friend. Life is tough sometimes. I imagine your parents must be very dissapointed in you. Who are your partners?
Gotta agree, I want to vote elle
Right now though I want to give What'sswag hell.

Hi there, fellow Williamsburgite.
We're not in RVS anymore.
Why point this out, it a helpful tip?
Or is this a stealthy scumread of Grib?

Backing away from the most popular wagon
I mean don't get me wrong, I don't want to be nagging
But your reasons for voting were shoddy at best
You'll have to explain your him-read to pass the test.
This manner of posting makes me increase my activity
I'm sorry if I spampost around Christ's nativity.

The issue here is I don't get your play
Voting him for those reasons at the start of the day
Then backing off neatly right after self meta
I'm guessing that to you it was towncred, huh?
See now you're saying the vote was real town
But I think a host of other things have gone down
So you need to explain what was originally scummy
Or I'm writing off your argument as especially crummy.
Would also be nice if you explained the townread
And whether or not you have other leads.

If anything, last to confirm should be null
To say confirmation means something is bull.
If people are scum for stalling pre-game
Why after game-start would he continue the same?

Only the last line has any relevance to why I voted him - the rest is just a bad attempt at the 'twas the night before Christmas' rhyme.
Why he was voting the people who hadn't confirmed - wanted to see if his thinking was the same as mine. The town read is explained in the unvote.

You don't understand, I just pasted your unvote
Was there something you think that I missed in the quote?
All I see in your post is "I don't like this, 'tis amiss"
And "I liked how he followed up with a list"
But what makes you think the strat wasn't pre-planned?
I already noted his scumhunting's bland
It's robotic, like limited tricks in his bag
So I've a theory, again, don't mean to nag
His reason for suspicions is scum stalling pre-game
Wouldn't it make sense to watch the list of all names
To see who was letting his team keep on posting
And recycle as scumhunting for purposes of boasting?
I can't say whether or not that is what went down
What I am saying is the confirmation shit isn't town
Now you've mentioned no aspect of his play since that fight
So care to flesh the townread, shed bits of light?

Bland scumhunting, as you say it, dont mean I am scum.

I think this is a town characteristic as this shows a slight bit of frustration. I would choose to be cautious and attempt to explain more deeply as scum. But 1 town characteristic is not enough for me to make a conclusion.

Recklessness is a playstyletell, not an alignment tell.
This could be explained by you using outdated scumhunting methods. So your meta is actually not useless since I can go check to see if all this stuff is playstyle.
This is why I like to play with people I dont know. I dont get bias reads based on meta. To me Riddleton is town, I dont really care what it is to you as long as it does not affect me.

I understand what you're saying, motivation is pure
But no meta keeps my vote on you and not her
Hell even without meta your analysis sucks
You seem to think scum never give 0 fucks.
Don't vote for playstyle, that's one of my rules
Otherwise a player can be paranoia fuel
In all of his games, when not even scum
If we vote without meta, our lynching him is dumb.
Don't ignore info, though this isn't a command
Just keep your head in the game and not in the sand.
Edit: Last 2 lines of the above applies to you too
Read the damn game and then we'll be cool.

I don't see scum giving up the names of the first four to confirm so readily - especially when they themselves are not on that list. I don't see scum taking almost a quarter of their lynch prospects off the table by showing that, even if the read is only tentative due to the lack of hesitation at confirming early.
