I don't follow the logic of Red moving his vote then and even mentioning it's to move off of NM. how would Reds vote have put NM to l-1?? How is that reaching?? RedFlavor voted saying that Mathdino saying 50% is a scum excuse. But I don't see how math commenting that he wants the Hydra to be 50% him and 50% impede as scummy? Like why would you make the slot 100% one head of a hydra if that was the case just play your main. Is that a meta read on half a head of a hydra?? I've played one game with Dino and in that game he was terribly productive as town. I would like Tael said rather he not he a backseat in that hydra but if he's got team mafia and it's a pain to long into the Hydra I don't see that statement as AI.

I am NEVER widely townread. I have no clue why. Math’s point is fair because I am typically scumread and Math is typically townread and part of the entire point of this hydra is to fix that. So yeah I’ll probably need his excessive towniness to balance out my bad play.

I'm not sure that NM's ice scum claim holds any meaning. I would strongly encourage not treating it as a towntell either, because I really don't think it is.
That said other aspects of NM's play kind of feel town so I'm okay saying he's slightly +rand town.
I have a paranoid feeling that he's actually more likely to do it as scum actually but I do think it's largely NAI.

I still agree that TD both heads have been scummy in several ways. 78 in particular is really gross. I'm thinking that that's going to be a decent bet for D1 lynch.
Would heavily encourage people to look elsewhere for a while though and focus on getting content from people.

I am townreading Sky_Paladin, liked 69, feels like he's trying to solve rather than call people scum.

Believe it or not, I actually see this strategy as fairly solid. If we're talking about optimal scumplay though, I'd argue that the most high-level scumplay would be to play so town-leadery that they get doc'd (or scum fears they're doc'd) and have a reasonable excuse for being alive.
Knowing your own history, I suspect that you were willing to join this multiball setup in particular because if you rolled scum, this is one of few setups in which you could actually not die at night. That's NAI, but it weakens the strategy of "might as well let RC do his thing because he's probably dying tonight anyway".

Well, sure. But I know that we rolled town and if we're doing it then no one else can do it as scum without risking a bullet.
We are highly liable to be the first ones dead as soon as the doc goes down unless we get doublekilled that night so

Impede requested to hydra with me after he and I finished a game together where I dom'd the town, correctly townread him, but town lolhammered/mislynched him anyway and I had to gamesolve the LyLo. To me personally, he's obvtown as town. To everyone else, people scumread him for some dumb shit reasons. When we played together in JK9++, half of my progression toward him was derailing the shit reads on him.

That was the Newbie game I was in, right? I was a terrible cop in that game.

I don't think I can answer this question because you seem to be asking me to answer how I think town!*you* would play this, and not just how some generic random town player would act in this situation, and I don't have any experience with you upon which to base an answer.

My problem isn't inherently the activity thing so much as this whole thing boils down to the fact that it seems like you're expecting the slot to get scumread and you're basically telling us not to worry about it because you'll be around to pick up the slack. It's the fact that you feel the need to defend *now* against potential future scumreads from impede's posting that's bothering me. It isn't the activity thing; I don't really care that your head will be low activity, and that isn't really my point. Like you sound overly concerned about potentially being scumread because of impede, and you're telling people not to worry about it because you'll pick up the slack, which is what I find scummy.

Also I feel like you're being kinda manipulative in that you're *very* subtly misrepping my point from 'I think math is pre-emptively defending against scumreads on impede's half of the slot' to 'I think math is pre-emptively defending against his lack of activity'. Like there's a subtle distinction between the two, and I find the former to be scummy and is what I've been posting about, but I don't think the latter is relevant or important to your alignment given that it's a teaching hydra.
