No that is a joke...usually jokes like that, as stupid as they are to make like that, are not something we should lynch them for right away.Korlash wrote:Doesnt matter if it was a joke or not. It's like claiming doc in an open game as a joke. you don't do it and get let off with nothing.
Combine that with the anti town thing and we have a lot of reason to lynch him. Aye none of it is what we would normally like in a lynch situation.

im not counting my joke vote because...
unvote
so Korlash is leading the votes to lynch. I think this is stemming from the arguement over Natirasha's "joke", which to my knowledge has not officially been disclaimed.
-IMHO- he has not done enough yet in my eyes to get my lynch vote.
MOS has two votes, and im not sure exactly why. I would like to hear soem reasons.
I think the Zu-faul vote was a joke.
Natirasha always votes for himself on the first day. deal with it
The roffman vote was because of his response to be called a racist. This vote was due to a misunderstanding.
I dont know enough about the MTG game anymore to base my votes on what people reveal thier cards to be, so to do so might give someone else an advantage I would not be able to take advantage of, so I am wary of giving away this info when it wouldnt help me.
I shall watch other peoples gameplay to see if anyone sets off the scumdar.
that said, would someone please explain why the Sygg "Joke" set everyone off so much?
it would save me a search through the wiki, so it would be much appreciated.

I stand corrected.roflcopter wrote:er, mastermind, i don't think the lynch somebody regardless of their alignment stance is very protown, it looks like a really easy way for scum to orchestrate a mislynch without dirtying their hands very much.
unvote, vote: mastermind of sin
i'll reconsider this if you can provide some meta references to games you've pushed the same strategy as town.
and even if you can i'll continue to disagree with you on the topic.
My apologies.

so natirasha, now that its page four, do you think anyone has done anything to make them seem more deserving of a vote than yourself?

sygg is a legendary creature from the newest sets. it is a homophone of sig, as in 'put that in my signature,' which is why i said the quote should be 'sygged'.
people are getting worked up because he's a creature and this game only has instants and sorceries.
i thought it was pretty obviously a joke with no relation to any sort of claim, fake or otherwise.

no shit, hence the not voting for him part. durr...Nocmen wrote:No that is a joke...usually jokes like that, as stupid as they are to make like that, are not something we should lynch them for right away.
I get voted for a lot early because i'm just that good a player. Hard to read me, I act (or am >.>) stupid, and I think I come up with some pretty unique styles of play sometimes. I would have excpected either me or MoS to be the vote leader by the time random phase was shifting out.Grimmy wrote:so Korlash is leading the votes to lynch. Aye but it was badly set-up and at a bad time.lmaoplane wrote:i thought it was pretty obviously a joke with no relation to any sort of claim, fake or otherwise.
First it started with Xtoxm not understanding the rules. Then Jester, Mr. The esq. Quoted the rules where it emphasised all roles are instants or sorceries. The next post was:
oh ha ha funny. made me lol... ha ha...Naratiasiha wrote:That doesn't explain the fact I am Sygg, River Cutthroat. The irony is during the night, I become Sygg, River Guide.
>.> *serious face* I like jokes as much as the next guy, but when one person is confused over the rules a joke that undermnes the rules isn't helpful. Not to mention a joke about a claim. Thats like claiming cop in an open setup without a cop. oh ha ha funny. But stupid jokes always gets you heat from someone. always. Which is why it's actully funny so many people are attacking the people giving that heat. That is something I don't usually see.
Now, would anybody care to tell me what I have done to deserve to be lynched? anybody? no. You can't... cause the reasons to vote me are as stupid as the reasons to vote Nat. Anyone voting me solo because of my responces to the joke is a hypocrite. And I know what your thinking, oh but all he did was joke! you tried to capitalise and be opprotunistic and throw it out of proportions and blah blah blah.
Never once did I say "lynch nat" in any way shape or form. Not once did I say vote him. I clearified that the anti-town thing, combined with the stupidity of his joke claim were reasons he should be lynched. But thats far from enough I'd say. Come to think of it two or three votes wouldn't be too bad to try and keep him in check. Although personally, I can't wait for him to do something else stupid so I can start to push a case for his death. even though i would much rather him be dealt with tonight, and not wasteing our lynch on him.
For today, I think ZF and Jes-the-ter would be nice early candidates to push into.
Vote: Zu_Faul
I'm hoping once the vote count gets posted you can perhaps post something more then a sentence long.

well the jester is roughly the same. His vote on MoS was pretty pointless. And his last post was worthless...
As for ZF he added his vote on me without saying anything at all. All game long he hasn't cotributed anything.
Add to that I want to know why ZF is voting me, he got my vote.
