It looks like the one of the biggest problem that is happening in dance games seem to be town leaving the dance, often after an emotional outburst.
I think we should avoid doing that.
Strongly agreed. At the risk of making my hand attractive to scum, I am not prone to obviously suboptimal play.

The false prophet put it best:

Subject: A warlock, a werewolf, and a vampire... [Game Over]
FakeGod wrote:Some more game analysis: I believe that the scum team was particularly weak this round. Getting left out as scum in pre-dance should be avoidable as long as you didn't roll 3 gentleman or something ridiculous like that, and none of the scum players were much influential in the day game. Staying quiet and looking okay is passable, but you're never going to make the endgame pair like that. The mafia wins of the previous iterations had strong dayplay from the scum players, with possible exception of the summer waltz where Luna Fox threw. I agree with Something_Smart that losing the original gentleman 1 was quite a blow.
We go extremely hard to scrutinize every warm-cold blossom of love, and we leave one of the nasties out in the pasture.
Is that not more or less obvious? Try to save the good and eliminate the bad, it hardly needs restating. Why did you believe this to be pertinent?
Twas but a shameless play for the sole purpose of getting the field to think before they leapt. Common sense is hardly assuredly common these days, after all.
I find this reply surprising. I see more of use in post 16 than either of you characterize it, but now that you're folding I wonder if you even meant to say what I believed you had said. I thought it was an insight into the significance of the proposal phase.
Oh, do not mistake me, the proposal phase is where the best reads are formed.

But I would hardly call my reply a fold. Merely another wrinkle on the collective town brain.

Literally the only reason is that Marigold is the closest to being my color's complementary color.
A valid concept, minus the fact that my complement is unfortunately missing.

Merely for turning down a proposal? Marigold would have to be remarkably unconfident scum to accept at this stage, particularly considering they are a Warm Knight.

Why? If it’s based off the rejection, I think it’s more of play style than actual alignment.

Yeah I just realized that all the warm knights are guaranteed to be paired anyway and mention that too.
I guess my little test can only work on opposite way lol.

How is Rose a warmer color than Magenta, anyway?

I agree with Azure that we should keep things civil.
I assume Rainbow Knight's alignment is just as random as anybody elses, and the decision on whether to add an IC to the game or not came before alignment rand.

I’m not complaining. Guaranteed to live this phase at least(I think)

One suggestion I have is to peruse prior dance games and see which picking method (greater picking the lesser, lesser picking the greater) more often results in a victory for the town. We have the ability to go both directions, but I feel like I'd rather we keep things orderly so we don't form some love polyhedron monstrosity.

I am in agreement with
Knight Daffodil
, I am afraid. There are better indicators of intention to be had.

pedit: I am glad we have consensus. To add something new, I read
Azure Knight
's as vaguely towny. An easy lie to make as scum, yes, but one they think to make, perhaps a tad less likely.

To weigh in on
Rainbow Knight
, I have a feeling there will be a twist related to them soon that may or may not shed a light on why she is no IC.

Don't the Gentlemen have to propose in the less colorful court? They are rigid and less open-minded there, I think.

In fact, I am willing to say I get the sense that
Knight Azure
is pure of heart overall from their posting.

pedit:
Daffodil
is correct, I do not believe there has been a game where proposal is a two-way road, although I may be mistaken.

Let us cheer the making of first pair of colorful dancers with a glass of fine burgundy wine!

(Red and purple mixes to be kind of a burgundy color)

Let it be one to remember, both for the members of the order whom are present today, as well as for those who hear tales of the Chromatic Knights, for ages to come.

I'm currently enamored of Daffodil and Rose upon entry.

I would accept Azure in a heartbeat but we are unfortunately too cool to dance together.

Part of me feels that I lack the proper passion to declare strong feelings for anyone else. Mayhaps someone will propose to me in a way that brings me out of my shell?

Pardon, of those who could cry out that I cared to hear the opinion of, rather!

I echo lady rainbow's opinion, hear, hear, tell us of your concerns about my fair beau.
