You have to sell some shares for this to go through. In post 1, I have everyone's portfolios which I update each time I do an update. The amount of liquid cash I list there is the amount you have available to purchase new stocks. (Right now, you have $1 in liquid cash.)

As big as you want, but you have to pay it back in full within 12 months game time (i.e.: 12 days RL time). I will pm you when you have only one month left to pay. The other restriction is you can only take out one loan at a time (at least for now).
