Rule guess: if (# of words with any L in them) + 3 = # of words in the sentence: yes. Otherwise, no.

Incorrect, there is already a question that serves as a counterexample:
Do you really like coffee?
@StrangerCoug, should I still provide a new statement as a counterexample, or is this sufficient?

I'd argue no - that's on me for not realizing it. But not my call.

Officially, you're supposed to, but when I was the Oracle in past games I didn't if I was already aware of a counterexample.

So almost half and half so far. The only thing I've gathered is that adding a word to a question that's gotten a yes has so far gotten a no, whereas changing a word may or may not affect the response.

Farren might be on to something with the letter L, but the rule can't be the second-to-last word starting with an L because of questions 15 and 17.

I'll take a swing at it:
There are three more words in the question than there are L's = yes

by StrangerCoug
Actually, that can't be it because of 18 and 19.

I'll take that as a rescinded guess, since you are correct that it is not possible.
(Also, I apologize in advance if this ends up being too hard. It is very difficult to judge how hard a rule will be.)

Rule guess:
If the sentence has at least one word whose letter count equals the number of the words in the sentence, answer yes. Otherwise, answer no.
example: "Is it an easy rule?" - five words, so needs a five-letter word for a yes. None present, so no.
"Do you like pizza?" - four words, so needs a four-letter words for a yes. "like" is four letters, so yes.

Correct!
I guess it wasn't too hard, then
