Use common sense. What could he
possibly
have to signal almost before the game really started?

The point is YOU HAVE NO CLUE WHAT I COULD POSSIBLY HAVE TO SIGNAL. You dont know the mechanics of this game for scum (or anyone) there could be daytime abilities for people, or maybe we have a scum group that is prevented from discussing at night. Dismissing it so quickly reads like buddying up to a townie to me and that's suspicious.

@Timeater - Because Spice and Wolf is pwnage.
@Zoneace - Point in fact, unless it comes up later on, I'd completely dismiss it. Like I said, why bother going on something that was probably a joke?

OMG NUBTOWN is so frustrating.

Also, if the mafia, whoever they may be, were not allowed to talk to each other at all, how would they get the hint to use a random Klingon phrase to communicate, especially if everyone can figure out what that phrase means?
It makes no sense. Occam's razor. The simplest solution is usually the right one.

IF ITS IN THE GOD DAMN ROLE PM THAT THEY CAN NOT COMMUNICATE AT NIGHT THEY WOULD LIKELY TRY TO FIND SOME COVERT WAY OF DOING IT DURING THE DAY OR ITS POSSIBLE THEY WERE GIVEN A WAY TO DO SO DURING THE DAY

Just because you are incapable of understand a rather basic concept does not mean its false.

I have no idea what you are talking about. For the first time in a long time, I don't feel like the biggest dork, nerd, geek in a room.
@Jeebus: Wolves are awesome.
@Everyone: What exactly does the town hope to gain from playing around mindlessly with the klingon translator?
Still, I feel somehow obligated to be a hypocrite and join the geekfest 2008. (Oh yes, there will be a nerdgasm.)

Soooo..... Daystart was weird, guess thats pretty customary with minithemes though. Usually in situations like I'll take charge and start a conversation going, pouncing on any little thing that might be considered bad town play.
Zone, you've been pretty critical of Jebus but you've witheld your vote. Any reasoning for that? I'm all for pushing for a claim (I'm a big claim pusher). Or multiple claims until we find one we dont like (which is what it boils down to most of the time -_-)

Because I think he's just being nubtown. I could be wrong, but his posts, while scummy in their nature (meaning the actual positions taken) don't strike as coming from scum, instead they strike me as coming form inexperienced town who doesn't realize the things being suggested are scummy.

So why be so beligerant if you feel that their just inexperienced? It would be far more productive to explain in a nice manner what you feel is wrong, rather than making posts that consist 50% of caps and speaking down to them.

Perhaps he's trying to redirect the attention from him to Jebus

OK, so would it be possible for us not to post in Klingon at all? I know that we have the translator now, but making me click copy and then the url and then paste and then copy and paste again is very anti-Liam, if not super anti-town.

How about a win conditions claim? I want to see Zone claim first.

How in the hell did I miss that? Well, my desire for the roleclaim has just faded, for the most part.
