At least to me.

But the scaling is not "how fast you move", it's "how much movement speed you have" :D

Those two are exactly the same thing. Unless it specifically states that the diminishing returns don't affect him, then I fail to see the point.

EDIT: It sounds like they attempted a gimmick that doesn't sound like it will be useful. What'll probably happen is that people will stack all the items that give extra movement speed and having builds that are complete and total garbage. It's like when really bad Rammus players get Thornmail first.

Ank, does your movement speed "go away" if you are standing still...?
It's definitely not the same thing at all.

Meanwhile, his Warpath passive gives him a little extra punch for each point of Movement Speed item you acquire, making some of the speedier items into more attractive choices.

Hecarim ignores unit collision and gains attack damage equal to a percentage of his bonus movement speed.

It's pretty straight forward.
X% of bonus movement speed = bonus attack damage.
Not X% of how fast you move.

I didn't look at the moves before posting.

It still sounds like a pretty stupid gimmick.

Not sure how big of an impact getting a lot of ms will have considering the soft caps on ms. Probably going to be a trinity fon ho-hum tankydps type champ rather than a dunkmaster or "lol swiftness because who needs to deal with cc" type.

Also, do slows reduce the bonus movespeed for the calculations of his abilities? If so, nasus says hi.
don't you feel silly now?

Cool. Hopefully bursty CC AD Carry, need someone to hard counter Kog in lane with pretty badly because right now he dominates everyone if paired/played right.

Double AP vs galio stronk
Edit: btw, yesterday, Dendi played a game of dota2 as sylla. He went double midas; I'm not sure what was he thinking of following up with, but once his bounty hunter went 14/0/x and got aegis+triple divine rapiers, dendi went radiance into 11 battlefuries, selling the double midas (obviously). Many-a-laughs were had.

I'm not sure, but the game was about 70 mins (they were trolling for the last 40 minutes, so ehh), so I'm not sure how much GPM he had... hrmm.
His total build, after all the item-selling, costs 54900g. About 70-min game. About 784 GPM. Holy crap.

So, jungle!Taric.

Probably not the BEST jungler, but it's pretty fun. I kind of need to improve my jungling skills though...

In what way?

Also note that jungling is a very hard thing to improve on in a general sense as every hero plays completely differently, so you may want to pick 2-3 junglers and focus on them for a while before going back to jungling a variety of heroes.

Also for supportJungler right now I'd say Alistar if your best bet (he's legitimately a tier 1 jungler and can easily build support out of the jungle).

Isn't the point of a jungler to gank?

A jungler needs to be able to apply pressure to lanes and yes the most common method of doing so is by ganking but the vast majority of time it's not actually the best move to sit around waiting for ganking oppertunites to present themselves as any jungler (with the exception of a subset of hyperfast aoe clearers such as P.Udyr, Shyvana, Skarner and ect) will quickly fall behind if they simply camp a lane.

You need to know your junglers clearning ability, scaling and ganking potential to determine if you can afford to continually pressure a lane or if you need to go back to farming to avoid falling behind, once you're comfortable with that you begin to learn the opposing junglers capabilites and determine if the correct move is to gank a lane, jungle, counter-jungle (kill their creeps) or invade (hunt the opposing jungler). Until you can afford to run an oracles to clear out wards there is often long periods where the lanes are all safely warded in and you just can't gank effectively.

One of the benefits of alistar jungling is that he isn't very item dependant (unlike say a Lee Sin jungler) and he can easily miss farming his jungle to apply pressure to lanes by simply building cheap suppot items (P.Stone/HoG/A. of Legion/Shurelias) and still have all the things that make alistar strong (massive amounts of CC) with his ult making him extremely tanky even without items. You just need to be aware that his scaling is awful and pick an appropriate team (such as Kog'maw as your AD carry and Alistar just becomes his bodyguard as the game goes on).

I'm actually looking for a fun jungler. Skarner is fun but I just don't 'get' him in the same way I 'get' Cait and I 'get' Kayle. Udyr is amazing fun and he's strong but I feel like he just runs around doing absolutely nothing if he doesn't get fed because Phoenix is so inferior to Tiger outside of jungle. Trundle is awesome but he's quite finnicky and requires you to play him all the time to be able to keep up with placement of his pillar and you have to always pay attention to get the most DPS. Yi is just retarded because he's Yi. Malphite is pro, but not really fun. Ali gets boring.

I just want to find a jungler that is tons of fun, good, and doesn't get old. (btw I've never played Lee Sin or Noc, should I try them?)

Cho'Gath or Nocturne are good choices.

(Re: Udyr, P.Udyr is a tanky bruiser if you're not ahead. Get a phage/frozen mallet and bear stance anything that looks at your AD carry funny, works best with AD carries who like to kite ala Kog or Ashe)
