I'm interested in this 180 on the Tierce lynch.

We have come close to lynching Jason and GK, and in less than a page she is the leading wagon.

The quick turnaround bothers me. I do understand the reasonings for it.

The over-reliance on self-meta is a defense I don't like, and as a townie you don't need to do it, when you can point to stuff in this game. I find it incredibly scummy when someone goes "LOOK! LOOK! Look at me be town in this other game! Look at me have this same reaction/belief/policy in another game." I hesitate on the vote, because I am much more confident in my read in Acosmist. He is scum folks. No doubt in my mind. I've pointed out the reasons before...but to recap...he's taking a stance on the leading wagons (Jason and GK) that is scummy. Coincidentally the top two wagons just happen to be his top two scumreads. Misrepping what I said to discredit my case. He isn't justifying his scummy actions, he's trying to discredit me as a player. He's peppered in some insults, and finally has voted me despite never expressing a scumread on me before I started voting him. He is scum staring us in the face. I think because of his stance on Jason/GK he is linked with one of them. More likely to be linked with Jason, because I don't think he's scum, and his vote is on Greenknight. So he can express suspicion of his buddy Jason, while voting GK and getting the mislynch. Only when pressured does he abandoned this view completely.

Acosmist, so what do you think of Tierce. Is she scum too? Do we have a Jason/GK/Tierce scumteam? They are coincidentally the leading lynch choices today, and your top two scumreads are two of these three already. Or am I scum with Jason/GK? As a matter of fact, why am I scum? I don't think you've ever said anything why except that you don't like my case on you.

I maintain that Acosmist is scum. I think his stance on Jason and GK means he is linked with one of them, and I'd much prefer to see a Jason lynch if no one will follow me on Acomist. I think if Jason flips scum, Acomist has painted a clear link between himself and Jason. I'm not considering GK as scum with Acomist right now because I consider GK scum. Though I will admit I might be using confirmation bias a little bit, because I think Acomist will end up being scum no matter what, so someone else should think about this link and give me their thoughts.

It was near deadline though. It is not that unreasonable to vote for a town read. I can understand how town could be thrown of f by tierce's claim.

Now, this is going in my head and has since kortul died. If kortul hid behind Iec, like everyone believes, then would scum have to choose between another action (i.e. roleblocking) and killing? Because, technically, if kortul hid behind Iec and died because of it, there should be a third kill on Day 1 from the scum. I find it hard to believe that they wouldn't shoot if they have the means to. That's why I believe that kortul didn't hide behind Iec and hid behind me but I was commuted so he got the shot that was meant for me.

But kortul clearly indicated that he would hide behind Iecerint. The fact that he was the sk seems like more than a coincidence and I don't think that kortul would hide behind somebody else.

The scum kill might have been stopped by something else or they might have also targeted kortul.

I'm starting to wonder about a possibly GreyIce-Tierce-greenknight team.

I find GreyIce being scum extremely hard to believe.

And T-Bone continues not to justify his vote.

I repeated the word justify because it's an important point. Scum will try to avoid giving definite reads and justifying their reads so they can go back on them later. Scum will try to avoid committing to any opinions what-so-ever. Am I tunneling Acosmist hardcore? Sure. Am I getting a little heated? Sure. But this isn't desperation, this is confidence. I am confident in my read, and I need to make sure the facts of the situation continue to be presented, so people don't get the wrong idea of what the case is about. It's about Acosmist being scum. That's the bottom line. I'm voting on my observation and interpreting of something another player did.

I stated I had a null read on her, wanted to read her catch-up post to decide if she was scummy or not, and in the meanwhile did not want to be hasty and risk losing a PR. I do not realize how scummy it is for hesitating to vote for a potential PR.

I disagree with Starbuck's suggested triplet of scum. Grey is one of my stronger townreads, and I can't really see him and Tierce scum together. Their interactions don't feel like bussing/distancing. I also actually don't see T-Bone as scummy anymore. I had a scumread on him for pretty much all of Day 1, but his more recent posts actually feel much more genuine to me. He seems to be legitimately frustrated in some of his posts directed to Acos.

I'm still happy with an Acos lynch.

Jason's attitude in response to GreyICE and more seems to be more about procedure than substance. He's mad. He's flipped out. In fact, he's still flipping out about "fence-sitting". I'm going to butcher a joke about alternative pleading to explain what I mean. Someone is busted for possession. His defenses are "I never had anything on me" and "The cops who found the drugs I had on me didn't have a warrant." Jason seems to be mad about being caught, about the

people have come around to the belief that he's scum.

Green, from his initial handling of the GreyICE claim. He really badly wanted it to say something about Zang. He wanted a Zang lynch off it, and interpreted Zang's reaction in a distorted way to justify it. When he finally unvoted Zang, his very next post was to vote GreyICE. He was trying to massage the interaction between them into one lynch or another.

I see Starbuck agreed with me about this.

Starbuck asked GreyICE a loaded question (and apparently hasn't backed down from that) and I called her on it. I haven't seen anything else to concern me in that direction. I mean, doubling down on it isn't great, but whatever. My opinion on Starbuck is that I don't know what her loaded question says about her alignment.

Also Triangle, I tend to generalize when making arguements. Sure he 'did eventually' justify his reads. But, it's easy for scum to come back later and justify why they are calling someone town or scum.
