--> Flames RVS wagon gets hot. One thing stood out. Phok immediately left the wagon with This post. Looks like a soft chainsaw defense of Flames. But would scumbuddy chainsaw that early? A slight scummy for Phok in this regard.

--> Here is the build up of the counter wagon on rack. Phok was suddenly on this by the 4th count: This post, sheepish I would suppose. What's more interesting is that Flames hopped off Phok's wagon just when it started to pick up. Implosion was the opposite of Phok. He jumped off onto mala. If rack was town this makes implosion townish.

This part is interesting. As his wagon has just getting disbanded. I don't think Flame would have tried to buss supposedly scumbuddy here. Rack looks to be town from this VCA.
He is the moment where Flame's wagon picked up again. This part clears Ane to a large extent as it makes no sense that he would leave the first position on a mislynch to bus his partner.
This is the part where the wagon stalled for so long before finally reaching the lynch on scum. This stall was no doubt intentional. There was a lot of unvote revote, especially when neil came into the game. For now, what I see most suspicious was implosion's activity. He seems to be unvoting whenever there is a burst in Flame's voting activity and yet always revote. It would make sense that implosion is not sure whether there will be a lynch on his buddy and thus, whether he should buss his buddy. I will spend more time looking at the specifics of this interaction. For now, implosion looks scummy from this.
For now I have to leave for appointment.
I'll come back with Day 2 analysis and Verdict soon.

Night 1 begins now. The deadline to submit actions is (expired on 2014-08-30 10:39:14).
I want everyone to PM me during the Night, regardless of if you have an action or not, so I can be sure you're all still active.

Ok so who wants to lynch that still?
I'm a little annoyed that he took my 4-6 am 'stay awake' activity away. Maybe I'll do pbp's instead.

I do
I think Agar looks town because I don't think scum would votepark on a buddy all day
I think Mala is town because I glanced at her ISO and didn't see scum-mala from wicked
I think Rack is town for some reason pertaining to the votes but I don't remember
I remember the D1 VC imo looking like town blank blank town blank blank town based off of those reads and I'd wager scum would double bus on D1 so I think one in each of the blank blank pools is scum

Would scum votepark on a buddy all day? Maybe, but unlikely
Shadow is confirmed town
Mala's iso didn't look like scum mala
So we have 2 pools.
I'd wager both scum woudl bus D1 anyways so

@NPIAU: Have I skimmed over your conclusion or you haven't posted it yet?
@Notscience: that is one possible theory but it seems to be too "vague". I mean, there may be at least 1 scum in a 4-player pool – 9 players are alive in total...

There's not really much definite conclusion to see on this day since there's no flipped scum. However, some circumstantial and relational information can be gathered here. Until this VC, the wagon had moved from Oso/Bipolar to my slot. The first thing we could see is that
Implosion is unlikely scumnected to Oso/Bipolar
(Assuming standard 3-scum. Having lost first partner, I don't think scum would go at each other on Day 2). However, Phok, if scum,
would likely be scumnected to Oso/Bipolar
since he had the vote which created the competing wagon on my slot. Although that vote looks justified.
The rest of the day turned into the town lynch driven by desvail, implosion and Agar. What's interesting to me is that all of the wagons are town wagons. Now this has some elements of WIFOM but I would conjecture that in such case, scum initially would gather outside competing wagons so as to avoid pressure the next day and set-up more mislynch. This leads me to suspect Bipolar.
Conclusion: Assuming scum is rational, my verdict would be
[Town]
(in order from towniest)
Aneninem
: Cleared from VCA of Day 1.
Town
Malakittens
: Townish tone and that last interaction w+ hammer with Neil is telling that they aren't scum together.
Town
AGar
: Sit at scum all Day 1 despite controversy. However, I would acknowledge that he's a pretty devious player .
Most likely town
sthar8
: Compelling counter wagon with flames on Day 1. Flames jumped on Rack despite off-pressure on VC 1.06.
Most likely town
[Scummy]
(in order from least scummy)
Tmand
: Has both town and scum points. I like that he moved off rack early when [Flames/Rack] competing wagon in VC1.09 but his unvoting on Neil is scummy.
Null to scummy
Bipolar
: Some points against him in VCA, but Deasvail flip is some evidence he could be town.
Null to scummy
Implosion
: Unvote revote on Neil was scummy.
[Likely scum]
Phok
: A lot of scummy points from interaction with Neil
[Likely scum]
Me thinks this game will be solved if we lynch among the scummies since there are a lot of strong townies read. VOTE: Phok
Since my analysis points out that you are likely scum. Can you respond to it?

Npau -- this is town notty.
Also I think a reread in meta for Phok is needed. I really found him lurk-scum in games, but I need to see if that has changed over the moths since we last played

RL is harder than I thought it would be.
WRT npiau: I can imagine interpreting what I did with the neil wagon as scummy, but ultimately I did it as town. I guess the most accurate defense I can give is simply that the pattern of voting that I gave is something that I would in fact do as town (seeing as I did). It might also be something that I would do as scum. For it to be a strong argument in favor of me being scum, there has to be some good reason that I would not have done that as town or that I would be unlikely to.

↑Aneninen wrote:@AGar – it's strange that you tell us now that you refuse to read spoilered cases. There were such cases on Day2 too, eg. Implosion's 456 or 462 from me.
They were unimportant and I hoped it was a passing trend. Is this really the most important thing you have to say?
↑sthar8 wrote:I'm considering spoilering every post from here on out to spite Agar.
You make small puppies cry.
Implosion gives me weird feelings upon rereading and I don't feel comfortable with him at all.
Phok gives me an aneurysm with his seeming lack of conviction early on and his lines of conversation lately.

I'm still using spoilers for long posts because I hate scrolling the un-spoilered walls over and over by reading or re-reading the thread.
Do I have something more important to say? Well, I think most of the players have become quite inactive recently and I don't have too much thing I can respond to.
However, there is something.
My main reason for calling Phok town is his Day1 voting pattern, detailed in my post 462. For those who are voting for Phok: please, explain why my logic is flawed if I townread him and/or point out as many things as you can about the scum!Phok.
