I'm saying that I haven't evaluated their posts enough to have had much of a read on them. My gut reaction to their previous posts IIRC are that they were sometimes very surface level analysis, but much of that is because they latched onto my accidental quote as so much of their justification for the scum read. I liked their explanation for why they disregarded the post I immediately made after that to explain the accident, so I think the push on me was motivated by a genuine reaction of GROSS to my question to the mod instead of scum pushing at low hanging fruit/skin deep transgressions? I will have to get back to you on any of his other posts once I get to my pc in a few hours because I don't have a read formed there yet.

Really? Nothing at all, one way or the other?
Could you give these a good sniff?

Couple of thoughts
Starting to raise some eyebrows at Nauci, particularly the way she seems to be indirectly defending NPOM to Quick. Still leaning town, but might be worth looking at if NPOM flips scum, which I'm feeling better and better about.
Mavs is coming across as more town to me, feels much more like he's actively participating and scumhunting rather than searching for tiny details to nitpick.
I have noticed that votato has changed his tone since the start of the game, and it seems to have taken the target off his back. Not sure if this is a scumtell in and of itself, but may affect my read if other things come to light

It's not like I have a whole history of strongly scum reading NPOM and clarifying Quick's posts or anything ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

I stand by my reads and NPOM is eating rope today.
One of the very few phone posts I have made on this forum so it Probably doesn't make sense, but I stand by it regardless. Plus I've demonstrated my posts have reasoning behind them So you can just take me at my word now.

Going more notes style here so I can avoid a giant wall as much as possible for you all. This game is too long for just starting and is going to be a bear for any potential replacements
- Agree with Nauci that votato is still scum. Still a viable lynch today in my book.
- Quick's "system to destroy scum" is, um, problematic at best.... mostly because it's far too complex to consistently yield anything coherent. After a quick scan, I couldn't tell you what the actual decision tree would be with such a system.
Here is a pretty key phrase from said system:
"You can also use this method as Scum because it is a method that is malleable enough to spin things to your liking since most of it is subjective. "
so yeah...moving on
Gamma post 604 wrote: I can actually buy the votecount shenanigans as being a genuine mistake given that I don't really see the point of doing it as scum
I literally explained the reason for doing it as scum. Not a fan of this post to vote for r2r considering that my reasoning was the best reasoning for the vote.
Next point:
r2r post 609 wrote: My overall point about VP is that I think he's mostly the one who I think has been going for the low hanging fruit in the way that people are accusing votato of doing
Who accused votato of going after low hanging fruit? Also, I wouldn't say any of the cases I've made have really bought me any favoring. In fact, I feel like I'm zagging more than anyone in the game and I wish more people would actually listen to me.
-Quick's case on NPOM is OK, but I agree with the NPOM that the wagon on me was scummy as hell. So, the entire premise of this case doesn't ring that much for me (abandoning Blair scum read). Seemed more like town abandoning weak reads for something more substantial if you ask me. I also don't buy that moving a vote off someone means you're "townreading" them.
- LOL, r2r voting NPOM on a mediocre case now that my wagon fell apart.
Please kill this guy now, he is guaranteed scum.
- Everyone should stop saying "low hanging fruit." In fact, I'll say it's actively scummy to dismiss any cases on that point alone because it doesn't have a factual basis that can be countered. It's a subjective statement.
- And then votato votes NPOM to L-1 with no explanation and says "don't lynch yet"
HE IS SCUM
- r2r asks me my thoughts on the NPOM wagon. See above, I don't find it terribly convincing.
- I get vibes Quick is being played by votato's constant buddying to him.

I feel like there has to be a town between R2R, NPOM, and votato, so I guess my docket today is figuring out who that is after dinner

Is this because of some speculation you have about setup, or because you don't think that the 3 you listed could all be scum at the same time? And I'm town, so there's that much solved for you.
Will type up some more detailed thoughts on VP later tonight

I don't even remember enough about game setup rules or how they may have changed in 2 years; I've been playing this game just by generally applicable scum hunting methods
All 3 of you are scummy to me but I doubt the chances that town would have wagoned 3 scum over the course of day 1 of that 3 scum would all be voting each other, sometimes to the point of -1, unless this is a hell of a bet on WIFOM taking town out

Nope! It's a proven method, which I cannot talk about.

NPOM -- I asked you if you think Quick is scum based on your comment to Nauci. Please answer that.
Quick -- We can agree to disagree. I thought your system makes some valid points, but overall I agree with your own assessment that it's subjective...and that's the problem. Meanwhile: lol r2r, amirite?

Because if someone playing scummy/anti-town attacks a player generally it makes that player look townie.

But if he is town and is just playing anti-town, that doesn't mean anything about Nauci's alignment....

I'm pretty confident that votato and R2R are both scum in this case, in case I get lynched.
Atari would be my third scum if I had to choose.

It means that he's playing like scum would, and scum tend to try to get town lynched.
