I agree with this, I think OhGodMyLife volunteered himself to be sacrificed because he knew this would give him a town-read and wouldn't actually end with him sacrificed.

@Fate: I disagree completely, I think you are being extreme. I think he was playing the long game, but I'm sure he wanted to make a mistake here or there and help his buddies stay alive. After all, if he never made a mistake, that would be more suspicious if he did a mistake or other, don't you think?

This is why I think wrath is scum. Ythill tried some early distancing/bussing, he took it very badly. Read the first few pages / read wrath in iso to see what I'm talking about.

I want to be sacrificed because a large proportion of the town thinks I'm scum anyway (see: yesterday's wagon, today's action), and sacrificing me saves the town the mislynch and nets a confirmed pro-town player. I explained clearly why I was torn on nexus yesterday, obviously I have now made up my mind in the town direction. Neither of those things are scrambling or flailing. You should spend your energy scum hunting instead of smearing me with meaningless terms.

Farside: I'm not sure what I make of them electing me. At the time, I was flattered but slightly bemused. In retrospect, I think it's a good scum move; throw support behind a more obscure townie to gain points for independent thinking. I may be somewhat biased because they are my top two scumreads at the moment, but that's my opinion. As for Llamafluff's statements about my play, well, yeah. I do think I've been posting well, I've put my suspicions out there, I've been scumhunting.

I'm not sure where this case on me springs out of, really. I saw one post where I was suspecting Saint yet voting the same target as him. Turns out, scum sometimes vote other scum, and I thought it was entirely null in terms of placing my vote. As for not starting debate among the elects, I admit that I should have done that. However, the fact that people are skipping past self-contradicting scum Llama and giving-up scum OGML in favor of me is baffling.

As a sidenote, that's why I'm not electing anyone yet; I think it's a bad idea for anyone to get too many election votes at the moment, because people get locked into the idea of so-and-so going backstage and it colors perceptions.

It is if it was done promptly, well thought out, and with content.

Scum usually stall or botch their catch-ups. So yeah, it was a town tell. He's not scum now, but he doesn't get a town badge because his vote is being wasted today. If he REALLY thinks I'm scum and he's town, he needs to shutup, Elect me, and help me bus this waste of a player Apoka

You'd be surprised at how good I am at derailing lynches, OMGL, I'd cite an on-going game but I shouldn't. I've replaced in and derailed lynches that were at L-1 before and such.

When I get a town read I'd bet MY life on, there's no way that person gets lynched while I'm alive.

I never said I was calling you scum. If you read my posts, you will see that I am saying OGML and Llama are scum, repeatedly, citing reasons. And I defended myself against the wagon on me, so I'm not sure where you're getting this lack of reaction from.

tl;dr Ythill was obviously keeping apok at a safe place in his scumlist where he could continuously call him scum without ever actually voting for or endangering him. They're scum buddies. Lynch pls.

Apok is scum for his posts, among other things, and PoE from a various number of town reads.
