Lęt's say you targęt shos and hę gęts a PR. No onę targęts farsidę for a PR. I dęcidę to switch shos and farsidę. Farsidę now has that PR and shos doęs not.

But I wouldn't know that shos was targętęd till aftęr thę bidding phasę.

That's not true. The people getting the PRS are announced by the mod during the bidding phase.

When there is a governor in a game there is a period that is allowed in case they give reprieve, are you telling us that there isn't something in place for your ability? That stunts your effectiveness and seems like a poorly thought out role.
