Yeah short of me demanding Galron/Dwlee which I probably want April/Ari’s slots head
It kinda made me sad like I don’t see how I could have been more clear about Galron/Skitter scum
This is how I felt about Frogster.

Wish we would have overlapped more, April! I could see you were getting closer and it was fun playing with you while I was alive.

I’m so upset. I had you as a soul read, and I let Frogster play me into scum reading you.
I’m just glad I wasn’t as off as I thought I was.
Also, the end of day vote count made me look so bad, but I was so close at times not at the end of the day
Titus did some good work when she was around.
I had the issue of being afraid to be too confident since it’s been a while since I played, but I just needed more confidence

Fun game, though.
5 scum made it hard to play against considering where the votes were.
Man, I was so close to getting to that Tene/Scorp town town, but scum were in a position to deal with that well.
Glad to see my Frogster Protection Posse was right with exactly 1 scum in it with STD.
I was just right around the corner. Ugh. Okay, enough beating myself up over it.
Was a super fun game. Thanks, Mizzy.
Good job, scum, positioned well.

I’m sorry for the part I played in making it a more confusing game for town, but it was still fun because of all of you! Take care <3
+1 would play with anyone in this game again.
I said it in the dead thread but for a game were a number of people felt like the atmosphere was getting quite toxic, you all were a pleasure to moderate for. I've seen way worse get called normal or baseline on this site

I should have just kept insisting on Galron but I was trying to be cooperative
Then not being allowed to cooperate made me insist on Titus
Then I should have used that clout to demand Galron.
I messed up by trying to be good town

The only balance change was informing the scum about the psychologist as well as the stuff I told them about the traitor. The 3:1 hood was considered slightly +town as the expected distribution, I considered having 2 scum neighbors as a way to scumside the setup more but I dunno how the reviewers would have felt about an all town hood, because it never really came up.
I have pmed the reviewers so maybe they'll pop in the thread, I dunno
I think it was slightly scum sided, but in a way that was pretty even.
Social influence > mechanical, bar hard inno possibilities.
I think it was decently balanced

I think a big issue was we just didn’t consider that the other of us could be right as well because you kept hard pushing me as being wrong when I was pushing scumFrog correctly the last 4 day phases.
I mean fair. I thought it was elo based on thread and you were telling scum they would win if they elimmed Frogger and you seemed way too happy for an elo so I was pretty much never willing to do Frogger at that point.

You've reviewed/played in some of my games before, and I try to keep a consistent style. I think mine tend to be more verbose than most

I think it was a judgment call. The fact that he had 2 shots left makes me think he shouldn't have done it though I deff understand why he thought that it was a likely inno on Skitter/Galron and was maybe worried that he'd look bad @ claim time if he didn't speak up.
also a little confused why I was shot. I think scum could have still got me with a bunch of bad town pushing me and my claim might sound suspicious considering that I wasn't on HEM n1.

So what I don't understand is the flavor.
Sometimes it's about Go, sometimes it's pictures of chessboards.
When it's pictures of chessboards, I have no idea what the accompanying words are supposed to mean.
I quite liked the flavor nevertheless. I actually learned a lot about how to play Go just from reading it.

It was. In fact, StD should have been turbolimmed. I even coached Galron on it to take credit and people said no lol.

This was a bad beat with a rare false inno. I think all you could have done is passively acknowledge your feelings once or twice but acknowledge Occam's Razor. Your reluctance to agree allowed much doubt to be cast on your thinking skills. Then your insistence on scum in the hood over hunting broadly didn't help. Sometimes use categories to find scum. But this was a bad beat on the inno. The thing I would take away on this is looking to see cooperation differently than you did while playing. Look back at the VP Baltar day knowing that I was frustrated and just wanted it to end given all 3 possible lims were town.

He didn't. His soft and clear were inferred correctly if I recall. Maybe that could have given an out to deny the check existed and scum riding on happy circumstance even though the check was accurate.

You're overestimating the clout you had. There was already a guilty on me.
I still think you have a ways to go in reading people cooperating with you and how you read lack of cooperation. Almost every wagon outside your approval was pn scum. Really look at that day in hindsight.

IDK, we could have had frogster very early in the game if people were willing to give up on pet theories. The neighborhood was also a disaster all the way around. I think we could have all benefited from listening more and talking less probably. Just my two cents.
+1, a huge flag that eyes was my partner was buried in the nose and chaos of a forced hood lim. While eliminating VP sucked, he had 2/3 of scum right and it protected eyes. That's when I decided I was unlikely to go deep and went to protection mode instead.

I don't think this was your problem. I think you just listened more to the town you liked this game, partially because they went where you wanted. If you flipped other scum, then you could have looked back and used it to chain Galron. Yet you were so demoralized on Galron because you viewed it as a now or never. My insistence on Occam's Razor as scum doing a clear should have put minor doubt on Galron. There was an undercurrent after you flipped. Still taking another tactic might not have worked. Who knows?
