nvm. I had always thought it neighborized as well as confirming yourself as town

You could also just as easily go damn I sent my confirmation to the guy who just died. I'd like some flavor please. I'm also a bit eh about how you claimed. In GvE when you were gaining votes, you didn't ask if people wanted you to claim, you rather spontaneously claimed. That natural reaction to seeing the wagon on you was one if the things that helped me realize I was wrong about you. I'm not feeling that natural reaction here.
Flavor is above.
I can target someone each night.

Okay, since z can target someone each night, what do you guys think of giving him like a list of three names to choose from to confirm himself to?
For instance if we just say, confirm to Ben, that will just give the killers added incentive to kill Ben, but if he has to choose from like three people then it will be a little more up in the air.
its not a town role, but its also not a scum role...It can be used as scum or town and has no real indication as to the allignment of the person at all.
Wiki says it's pretty much town if it's confirmed. The problem is believing the claim because...
↑jasonT1981 wrote:The problem with it being used as a fake claim though, he can be 'verified' by one of his lower suspected scum buddies. Who can say yes, I was neighborized.
Yes, this is valid.
I'm more inclined to believe actiondan's claim over zdenek's. That isn't to say it necessarily has to be a one or another deal. I'm not sure how likely it is that both roles exist in the game though...
I still prefer lynching TGAH and figuring the rest of this out later.
Thats a confirmable role, not an alignment confirmation at all.

TGAH is scum.
He ignored my #705 completely. That's not what you do when your scum-read is addressing you directly.
@Cerulean
^thoughts are that's dumb because scum could just Roleblock him if they cared that much.

Thoughts?
Oh for sure, it doesn't even need to be a list we give.
I wouldn't mind seeing who he chooses to target with it.

Assuming they have a RB, and assuming they want to use it on a role that really doesn't do anything to catch them.

Zdenek said he targets each night.
the problem of giving it to a scum-bud is mute.
@SAD and benmage:
Can you both stop your idiotic circle-jerk.
I'll slap you over the internet.
It's fucking disgusting.

Nice beating around the bush?
Point still stands. If you're town, you'd realize that scum MIGHT have a roleblocker, in which case it wouldn't hurt either way if we give a list or not. But if they DON'T, and they don't want Zdenek to confirm himself, then giving a list might help.

Scum posting - trying to cast doubt on the possibility without taking a stance.
If you think it's unlikely, say why.

And what is a list actually going to do?
Here's a list:
BT,
Shadoweh,
Sotty
I see no difference between him picking one of the above and anyone else for that matter. The issue itself is a non-issue since Zdenek can target each night. What's he going to do? pick every scum-buddy he knows?

Dan - what do you think of bt's gut scum read of you?

I don't see how giving a list to Zdenek, you must target 1 of these players!!! Is that important.
I'd rather see who he targets. As Cerul said, having him just target someone like myself puts a bigger bullseye on me. If he uses the excuse that the person he targeted died, or he was rb'd.. and this is a recurring theme, well hurr durr he'll see the gallows.
But I'd rather wait to see how it plays out, than rush to see him hang. If he can confirm himself town.... Awesome.
Mcstab leaving the game, and hinting to his own crumb in thread, as opposed to just leaving a msg in a scumqt is hugely convincing me he's town anyways.

Or y'know, scum might not have daytalk.

Dan can your neighborhood only talk at night or does it have day-talk?

Like seriously SAD
it's beneath you to try and inflate your scum-read on me by posting crap like that. For that matter I'm all-ears as to how you got that read.
BT is wrong and he's not great with gut reads, so It's annoying that he resorts to that when reading me. BT is solid town for his catch-up post. If BT would like to inform himself about how I play as scum he's welcome to check out FF9 mafia in shrinemaiden where we play or else he can look at Spartacus mafia.

Pretty sure all(recent) faraday games have daytalk.
