I wanted Bubba to clear the whole Catboi / I comment before and he never did.. It never made sense.. Also, I don't see how flaking = town.

@Rob I really don't like Meta, so no thanks. I'll stick with REAL scumhunting.

flaking imo comes from town more often than not, unless a player REALLY hates playing as scum. Of course this was cat's 2nd game so we have no clue what it means.
The biggest problem I have is the replacement isn't any better than the original slot, but all in all they are null.

My god, rmp, meta is a legitimate way to scum-hunt when used properly, and I'm using it properly. We'll chat game theory after the game, because I have a feeling that if we start now it's going to dominate discussion for no real reason.
@Jake - They ran stats on replacements a while back, and it came out slightly town-sided (i.e. town is more likely than scum to replace out), but it was not a statistically significant difference. So flaking basically means nothing. It was in Mafia Discussion a while back (like 2-3 months) IIRC.
Also, both the EM use of the term veg and Jake's image were unnecessary and offensive. One more reason to never go on EM - yay!

I can agree with the fact that flaking means nothing.
Jake, please don't post offensive images like that. I do have family in that state, and would prefer not to be reminded of it more than necessary.

Maybe it is legit, but I'm not about to go wasting my time searching for you being town or being scum. I'm also not going to read through your old games looking for similar tells. You can change your play style. You can.

While it's true that you can change your playstyle, some things stick with people. It's nothing to do with personality. It's about psychology.

Personally, I'd prefer a Bubba lynch.

I could, but I have no motivation to change my play style if I'm already doing a particular action as both scum and town, as that's the most desirable way for me to play (similarly as town and scum). It's pretty basic game theory - my play style is at equilibrium when I'm playing the same as town and scum with respect to some action. So I wouldn't change my playstyle when it's already a null tell, meaning it stays a null tell, meaning null tells are constant, meaning that meta is effective when looking at null tells. You follow me?
And as I already said, you don't have to waste your time actually verifying that you're developing good reads if you don't want to. I've said I'll do it for you. Point me towards a statement I made relating to one of your argument's focusing on a null tell of mine, and I'll dig up the proof that it's a null tell myself. You can analyze the specific posts/proof and come to your own conclusions.

Looks like we have decided...

BB, vote Bubba with us and reap the rewards.

I don't see meta as being that viable, especially when you want to use it to prove that you aren't being scummy.
If I chose to go back and look without you mentioning meta than maybe, but it goes to show me that you are consciously paying attention to everything that you do.
Regardless, I don't know why you're so focused since no one here is voting you.
I don't think you are going to get bbmolla or myself onto bubba. Your only chances here are GIF and Piratecat. I'm not lynching bubba today.

Even it it means a no lynch?

Pretty sure Rob was just explaining
why
it's not an alignment tell. I've done it as town, too.

obviously I'm not going to let a no lynch happen, we have a ml. We also have until 5pm tomorrow, which so happens to be right before I leave work and just about when i'm checking on MS most days.
But I'm going to be really disappointed if Bubba doesn't flip scum and you all insisted on going with him instead of someone that the uncc'd vig wanted to vote.
I'm not saying I'm right, I'm just saying look at the votes on that wagon and rethink it. I'd even be willing to meta it for Rob if bubba had any completed games.
