I was at five votes if Droo vote was put on a bit after the second to last vote count.

You were at 5 votes before VC2.01. By VC 2.01 you were at 3. By VC 2.02 you were at 4 including the DROOOOOO vote. In between those, Guil was back and forth, so at most you had 4 players plus DROO (depending on when it was added).
