Which ones in particular?
And while you're at it, can you identify which of Aster's post ping you as indecisive?

Town's on MS - as MathDino points out - can't function with a D1 scum lynch as they almost always dissolve into finger pointing. By having the weakest player sacrifice, that's basically acting in the place of a D1 scum lynch, thus more chaos in the town the following day.
As CFJ points out, it's easier to sacrifice earlier than later when the stakes are higher.

Like imagine if you have a scum team and one of your partner's is really bad or gets caught early on. You can't do much other than bus or defend - which have their own pros & cons. Picture sacrificing the weak link like those lizards who can cut off their own tail. The predator's preoccupied with the twitching limb, while the lizard gets off scot free and better off.

So... It's in town's best interest to not scumhunt day 1 but instead get the weakest link? That Seems counterproductive.

I'll think about it, but for now I'll go to sleep. Remind me to point out my reasoning for liking Aster less then Blackjack when I get back.

Not necessarily. It's in town's best interest to try to lynch scum that preferably aren't the weakest link. In this scenario, scum are worse off - probs - cause one of their better team mates took a dirt nap, which means it's up to the rest of the team to try and carry itself to victory.
Which is a bit of a difficult thing to do when you're already one foot in the grave and town only need to lynch one more to win. If the weakest link had connections to the stronger player, town might push the weak link's lynch through and GG.
Albeit, this whole idea goes out the window if the scum team doesn't have a weak link to begin with.

@Clemeny
- does this mean that Volxen was a scum read for you ATM you posted this?
it was until i got more info & blackjacks started hard tunneling him
now i'm more inclined to say bj is scum but i dont think scum would be so careless in a game where two right lynches win
In post 850, Clemency wrote:i got intimidated by the copious amounts of really good high effort players
@Clemency
- Who do you feel is giving a good high effort? What's your read on them?
i'll give you the tl;dr's since i'm kinda busy
Nibbui - best town player atm, actively trying to win this game and push everyone, 100% townread for me
Aster - seems like the type of person who can write long, busy looking posts regardless of conditions, null imo
Volxen - is actually stepping up in my eyes, this seems like a town game from him
I just tried to read Ceejay game framing Volxen but I couldn't find it? There's one where he asks for a completed town game of Volxen, but that's kinda it?
as of now I stand by my claim that Ceejay might be scum, and if you think that it's only a play style crash, I'll link here the game where I mislynched him because of paranoia. Even when I did mislynch him, he was 100x townier there compared to here.
Here he has been only floating and I feel that he might be waiting to get nightkilled later.
This is scum!Ceejay imo, I'm pretty confident and would be really surprised if he doesn't flip red here.

notably i cannot read ceejay and my townread there is somewhat lazy
as it stands my reads are
{RC}
{Pinturicchio, Nibbuls, Aster}
{Blackjacks, Volxen}
{ceejay, gamma, clemency, anonygo}
-null line- {firebringer}
then with {keyser, springtrap} as actual scumreads

Idk about Keyser, I see some town points on his posts, like how he didn't jump on calling Spring scum when I engaged with him but instead did try to make Spring post more.
Still it's not a strong feeling at all, I can see a world where he is scum.
If you see any of Ceejay town games though, I'm sure that you be convinced that Ceejay is the scummiest guy here.
