This mechanic, reck. mastina bought the bp vest and claimed it in hood. It was then outed to the main thread (not that a 6p hood is particularly obscure).

I have strong beliefs about whether killing in masturbators or not masturbators is optimal for the scum team and discussing the potential roles reck could/couldn't have could give that away. More importantly, there's enough traction to the mechanic that it won't go through today anyway, so not wasting time discussing it is better.
Ideally, we would have 0 masturbators other than reck until the day we decide to set reck free from the cage that is this game either by lynch or giant circle jerk. We, uh, kinda can't do that at this point.

Something like "you either make everyone masturbate at the same time or you become a survivor". Suits well with buying a BP, right?
