Her claim looks fake now. If her target dies, then nothing changes — she gets another shot until she dies or she dies from being weak. Because if I'm alive I wanna actually see if Monkey is legitimately like this all the time. That and when he kills me to confirm himself as town afterward he'll feel maybe slightly bad.
Because Titus so far hasn't done as much as I expected so confirming her (to me atleast) would do best. She's my least likely target tho.

If the target is a player town either may or is likely to hang otherwise (and given the role they shouldn't be targeting a townie player anyway) then that's still beneficial.
Greater consequence is if there's a scum roleblocker.

I also didn't like 793 through 795 from Kitty, myself, but I don't want to switch off of Elsa today. I think Elsa and Kitty are both scum and on opposing teams. So, yes, that read is pretty good, but again, it doesn't make Elsa town
Not sure about Testarossa either way right now, I'd put them at straight null next to Andre and Lucifer.
I don't think the reads list means we should peel off them. The claim is bad, adding on weak is just trying to live for a day longer. Elsa is scum, I'm pretty confident in that. Kitty less so but they're scummy.
Personally I'm not jiving with anything Nero has been saying this day phase
