tbh i actually do like dgb's comment on inactive players/ones who dont contribute much a lot, its always a better idea to eliminate them during the day than it is waste an investigation or smth on them at night. ive always been a firm advocate for like. not wanting to have to rely on inactives at exlo and i agree with nero that a policy lim would be fine. dgb's take makes me want to move them up to leans town atm while aa9 and kitty are still totally inconclusive. rn i kinda wanna sort the three i listed as inconclusive at my list and go from there

The idea is that you try to elimate scum during the day and vig/investigate useless/skety slots
