Why would I go out of my way to claim a provable version that I know is never going to be proven instead of just claiming a normal CPR Doc and taking credit for protections?

a roleblocker being tied up on rat means that other PRs are getting free reign.

whats important right now is eliminating the most likely scum to maintain town numbers - i dont think rat flips scum here and its not worth the risk to just say "haha mechs mean scum" because it never is that easy.
